i can't sign in on laptop, but i can use the same email and password for both website and phone.

Seriously, we need help but it shows a basic plan can't report a problem????? So it is means i have to pay money before u all solve my problem ? annoying🙂

Hi we can point you in the right direction. So you are saying that you cannot sign in using the same email and password you are using for zoom.us and mobile and it doesnt work when signing on using the desktop client? What is the error say? That your password is incorrect? What are you using to sign in, which sign in option? Snapshot would be helpful as well. 

the error just say invalid email/password, my password is correct because I used it for website and phone and all can sign in. I use google to sign in
