Start and end date identical when searching for payment history

When trying to select the start and end date for the payment and invoice hist

ory, the always the same date appears for both. So no time frame can be selected, only just ONE day.

If you click on the start date and then on the end date ("to") the start date will change to the end date. Not very useful.

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.

I have the same issue.

I've been fiddling with it and it seems you have to drag across the calendar to select a period within any two month window, then hit 'Search' and it will select invoices within that window. So although I was trying to select a whole financial year, I could only search two months at a time. I got it done, but it was not a neat or quick task!

@Dolores777  I think this date range limitation has to do with the amount of information that has to be generated depending on the size of the account, but I can't be certain. If you are still having any issues, I recommend submitting a ticket for further assistance. Contact Zoom Support
