Retrieve deleted local recordings from an admin account

I deleted an admin from a Zoom account to discover they have now lost their local Zoom recordings.
Is it possible to retrieve their recording?

We have now added them back to the account as ADMIN but when they log in they are not recognized anymore. No access to anything. 

Previously shared Zoom recordings can now not be played.

Absolutely at a loss.

All in error and without understanding we were sharing the same account!
