Hello, Zoom Support Team,
I am currently using a Zoom account with 3 users. I would like to delete one user and request a refund for that user’s subscription. In this case, do I need to cancel my current subscription and re-subscribe for 2 users, or is it possible to receive a refund for just the one user?
