Hello, My Zoom subscription was automatically renewed, and I was charged without my intention. I did not plan to continue the subscription, and this payment was unintended. Since the renewal date, I have not used the service at all. Could you please cancel the subscription and issue a refund?

Thank you for reaching out in Zoom Community. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your account here so you will need to contact Billing Support here for assistance. 

 

For reference, it is noted before submitting payment for a subscription that plans will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the term.

Is there anyone here who has had their account renewed without receiving any warning email ? Is there any current class action suit as looking at other online forums this is a common practice

Is there any current class action suit as looking at other online forums this is a common practice. I know they had one before and perhaps it’s time for a new one
