Regarding Subscription Cancellation and refund

Hello. I cancled my plan on the 30th Jan. But i paid 246,070 won yesterday.

In my account status, It even says that the payment has not been made and my plan is on hold for cancellation.

Because of this, I can't cancel the payment. I've submitted a request, but there's still no response.

I don't use zoom plan anymore, so i want to refund it.

Please cancel the automatic payment and refund my money.
