Recover credentials from contract number and ID number

Hi, I am paying every year from 2020, the Covid period, a Pro account. I am not using it from a long time and I would need to use it again. Unfortunately I forgot my credentials, but I have my contract number and ID number. Is it possible to recover at least the username email from them?
