Tengo problemas con la suscripción de mi plan zoom. Se me ha cobrado la anualidad del plan pro y me sigue apareciendo el plan básico. Es todo un problema contactarme con soporte al cliente. Llevo días tratando de encontrar una solución y nada.

Hi @CSIAC ¿has intentado  asignar tu licencia de Zoom? ¡Déjame saber si eso ayuda! Si se hace correctamente, verá su licencia asignada a su perfil de Zoom dentro del portal web en https://zoom.us/profile en Cuenta > Licencias
