Currently Zoom is offering the following for free accounts hosting meetings in Ukraine: 40-minute limit temporarily waived for hosts in Ukraine. Hosts in Ukraine on free accounts can use Zoom to host meetings without the 40-minute limit.

Does it still work? IDK why but my meerings finish after 40 min, tho I'm in Ukraine currently.

Hi there, @Yelyzaveta_Pk 👋. This should still work as long as you aren't located in one of the following regions of Ukraine: Crimea, Luhansk, or Donetsk. For regulatory reasons, users in these regions are currently unable to access Zoom services.
