My team has made the payments and renewed the pro subscription, however my plan is still reflecting as Basic and not got upgraded.
What could be the issue?
Its urgent to fix this.

I have the same problem. Renewed to Pro and money withdrawn from account on the 22nd November 25, but still on Basic.
Please review this urgently . Thanks in Advance.
