Payment issue in India

Trying to pay using debit and credit cards but it keeps on saying recurring payment is not set on all the cards. even if I click on the pay now link it still tells me to accept E-Mandate. why is zoom so worst at payments.

I understand that payments are problematic, no matter where you and your vendor are located – and international payments seem to have the most troubles.

I’m not the expert on international billing with Zoom, but I did find this Zoom Support article which might be helpful to you:

Yes , I agree that Zoom has the worst and complicated payment system . After several attempts , I came to know that Master cards are not accepted , while I could complete it with VISA Card .

Wow, where did you find this, that zoom doesn't accept Mastercard? I have been struggling for days and the Support team didn't even tell me this.
