We have problem with using the platform. We are education institution in Poland and currently we need 1 licence as we provide online lessons occassionally.
However probably you change the condtion of using platform.
on 10 of April we paid last monthly payment, but we could not use the platform -as we were not able to change licence for anybody from our employees. .
So on 25 of April I paid for 1 year - and the situation was the same - I could not use it as when we tried to change licence - there was no possiblity.
So I decided to cancel annual licence.
Today I see that I can add one licence for employee and it is fine.
However
-I don't kwow which subscription is working - monthly or annual ?
When I can expect return of money for annual subscription? - if monthly is working ??

Hi @AGNIESZKAP1 you can go to https://zoom.us/billing; on the Current Plans tab, you can view what type of subscription you are currently on. If that doesn't help better explain your plan type and recurrence monthly vs annually, I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here.
