If you have a Pro (paid) account but are seeing your account listed as Basic (free) or experiencing meetings being cut off after 40 minutes, it’s possible that a license hasn’t been assigned to your account, or you might be signed in with the wrong account. You can check out this article for more information on troubleshooting paid account still showing as basic.

I tried what you said, but the upgrade did not work. I plan to use it tomorrow at 12:00 Japan time. I paid on 10/26, so please check.

I'm sorry for about that. It seems that the upgrade has not yet reflected. Kindly check if you are signing in to the correct account, and if it is the correct account, please submit a ticket to our billing department to have this sorted out.
