Nate password reset email.

Even if you set the Nate Mail reception allowance setting, you cannot reset the password because the Nate Mail does not come. It is said that you can log in only by entering the security code due to five errors in the Nate account password, but there is no security code or reset email, so you can't do anything. @sosaki I am not sure what a 'Nate Mail' is, but as to sending a reset email to a different email address, that can't happen due to security restrictions.  You can try contacting support to see if they can help resolve your issue, with several options available here.
