I never used or ordered the Zoom, however I am being charged every month

I never used Zoom, and never requested any billable Zoom application, however I am being charged every month for 10 dollars. I even replaced the related credit card , but still it is being charged now again.I am getting massage that there is request for deal in Zoon .US 888-799-96 for 10 $.

I am requesting to cancel it and refund me .
