I want to ask a question about annual billing. last year I purchased a pro zoom plan for my office. my credit card info was automatically saved in this account now I don't want to renew the plan and don't have any option to remove my CC info, now a renewal period is coming. is zoom will auto-renew my plan or ask me for renewal? if it makes auto-renewal then how can I remove my CC info from my account to avoid auto-renewal?

All plans purchased online do auto-renew. You can find your NEXT INVOICE DATE on your current plans page. You can cancel any time prior to your next renewal date. To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps outline here: How to Cancel Subscription
