Getting a LIVE US person

I've had issues with my Zoom account since November.  Just a few days ago, I was finally able to get someone to somewhat comprehend what I needed to have done.  She upgraded my account from the Zoom United (no longer available) plan to the Zoom Pro plan but in doing so she deleted my phone service!  All my texts, all my voice mails, the number I do business with................all gone.

 

I can't get a person since last week to address the issue and fix it!  I've submitted tickets and I was assured I would receive an email today and promised a call back by morning but guess what?  No email!  Yes, I spelled it out to her but I'm guessing she got it wrong, but then again, what do I expect from someone answering from the Philippines?

 

Does anyone have a live person contact where I can get help?  Otherwise, I'm going to another provider because their Zoom customer service is probably one of the worst I've dealt with in a long, long time.  

 

Zoom is severely impacting my ability to do business in my "service-based" business!
