Hi! Despite upgrading and buying a Webinar plan, I can't seem to access this feature or assign myself a License in order to access it. i'm the only person the account and paid for the upgrade, so i'm not sure why I can't access it.

Hi @LoriHart

Do you see the Webinar package in your Billing section as an active subscription?

https://zoom.us/billing

yes, I do. but i'm still considered a basic plan and am limited in what I can do despite purchasing the upgrades?

And you are not able to Edit your own user here to assign your license? https://zoom.us/account/user#/

right -- when I go to add one licensed user or even switch my account to webinar, I get this...which makes no sense because I'm supposed to be the licensed user...

I've tried logging in and out several times, and because Zoom considers me a 'basic' account, I can't connect with a customer support service.

Hi @LoriHart

Did you buy only the Webinar plan?

Webinar is an Add-On plan and needs to be used with a Pro license.

is this not considered PRO plan? if I do another upgrade, it would upgrade me to Business...

not sure if the screenshot went through but I thought this indicated that I had a pro account

At the top of your https://zoom.us/billing page it says you have unassigned features - have you tried clicking the assign option there?

Yes I have tried that. It's all very confusing because it tells me I can add 1 licensed user, and that I have unassigned features but when I try to add those features or users, it tells me I have the reached the limit of licensed users...

And when I sign in, under my account, it still says I am on the 'basic' plan despite upgrading to Pro.
