How do i pass the security check for connecting my phone contacts on the app

 What do i do here? i have tried entering the seeing numbers/letters, i have tried entering the hearing numbers, i have tried entering both at one after the other and i have tried entering them with each character switching from the image to the audio, nothing seems to work
