Downgrading from Pro to basic

I want to downgrade my subscription from Pro to basic but it is not allowing me. 

We now use Teams for meetings for the past one year so paying for Zoom is a waste but it is not allowing me. What can i do?

Please refer to Zoom Support article Canceling your subscription. Note that a cancellation will be effective at the end of the current service period.

 

If you purchased through Google Play or Apple, Zoom has no record of your payments. You must contact them directly to cancel.
