Charged anualy without my concent

Hello I just received an invoice for the anual subscription which I never accepted. I pay monthly because I cannot afford to pay the whole amount. You should have asked me if that is the plan I wanted to do. And not just charge me the whole years. Please cancel my subscription immediately.

i attached a photo where you can see all of my charges had been monthly and know I have a charge for an amount I can’t afford.

Hi @ Kh suggest reaching out to Billing Support, as Billing does not monitor the Community. If your account is eligible for a refund, a refund can be requested when canceling your plan through the web portal:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Account Management, then click Billing.
  3. Under the Current Plans tab, find the plan you want to cancel and click Cancel Plan to stop your subscription's automatic renewal.
  4. If your account is eligible for a refund, click Dispute Charges. In the next window, you will be notified of the amount you will be refunded.
