Cancelled Membership and Zoom Keeps Trying to Charge Me

Cancelled my membership. Reflects as such when I log in online. Zoom has attempted to continue charging me 4 times since this point.  Plenty of better options out there that don't pull this shady bs. Would avoid subscribing to anything with Zoom unless you want to feel stuck like a planet fitness membership

More information will be needed to resolve this issue. Cancellations are effective at the end of the service period. If you have any add-ons, they need to be cancelled separately under your Billing or Plan Details.
