Hello, since I check my emails and credit card bills I have found that this mount I have been charged 2 times for zoom. 1st charge has been made on 07.02.2023 and 2nd charge has been made on 23.02.2023. Can you please explain why I have been charged 2 times? Can you please refund it. I also would like to unsubscribe my paid account since I do not use Zoom anymore. Thank you so much.
