Everywhere I looked on the Zoom site it is stated that Zoom One Pro annual fee is £119.90. I have just been charged £143.88.

Is there a way of letting me know beforehand of any additional charges before the amount is taken from my account?

This appears to me to be a basic courtesy.

Also. I would like the information regarding the cancellation procedure to be clearer.
