On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

줌 사이트에서 2023년 3월 8일에 '줌 비즈니스 연간 구독 취소'를 눌렀는데 아직도 결제 취소가 되지 않아서 환불받지 못했습니다. 청구팀에서 청구 처리 중이라고 하는데 한 달째 '청구 처리 중'이라는 말이 이해가 안됩니다. 그리고 2023년 4월 3일 이내로 결제 취소 및 환불을 해달라고 했으며, 만약 어려울 경우 정확한 날짜를 알려달라고 했습니다. 그러나 그 기간 내에 결제 취소 및 환불이 되지 않았고, 환불 날짜를 구체적으로 알려주지 않았습니다.

다시한번 강력하게 요청합니다. 연간구독 결제 취소에 따른 결제 취소 및 환불 날짜는 언제인지 정확하게 알려주세요!
