안녕하세요? 줌 사용자 홍표선입니다.줌 사이트에서 2023년 3월 8일에 '줌 비즈니스 연간 구독 취소'를 눌렀는데 아직도 결제 취소가 되지 않아서 환불받지 못했습니다. 청구팀에서 청구 처리 중이라고 하는데 한 달째 '청구 처리 중'이라는 말이 이해가 안됩니다. 그리고 2023년 4월 3일 이내로 결제 취소 및 환불을 해달라고 했으며, 만약 어려울 경우 정확한 날짜를 알려달라고 했습니다. 그러나 그 기간 내에 결제 취소 및 환불이 되지 않았고,...
