My Account Got Suspended

Hi, I purchased zoom phone services couple of days ago. I received email that my account got suspended. They have already charged me the money. I didn’t did any suspicious activity. I tested IVR assigned and unassigned phone couple of time just for the testing. I already sent the appeal. what should I do?

    Since you've already submitted an appeal regarding your Zoom Phone account suspension, the best next step is to wait for Zoom's Trust & Safety team to review your case. They will contact you via email with the outcome or any additional steps required. In the meantime, make sure to monitor your email (including spam/junk folders) for any updates from Zoom.

    If you have not received a response after several business days, you can reply to the appeal confirmation email to request a status update.

    It’s one of my worst experience with Zoom. I submitted the Appeal by 10 April. Waited two weeks. No reply from Zoom support. 
    They should refund me or provide an valid reason (Logs) what I have violated.
