My church would like to buy a pro account that allows  for several managers, each with the ability to start a meeting from his own email address.  Is this possible?

Hi, can anyone help me? I’m using Zoom for a long time, and from today on I just couldn’t enter my meetings because my zoom is I’m in a secure mode (?). I can see and hear my guests, but they can’t hear me and they see my image as the secure mode screen (see below). How can I get out of this secure mode, what’s this secure mode I never saw before? Can you help or direct to someone who can (I tried everything in Zoom support webpages unsuccessfully). Many thanks, Filipe

What I know about things video you could fit on the head of a pin and still build an amusement park.My wife intends to air a video over Zoom. She does have the rights to do so.It is 56 minutes long.MKV720 x 480464 MBI initially ripped it from a standard DVD using Handbrake to an M4V 1.34 GB file. Then, again using Handbrake, I reduced it to the above.It will go out on our home network which is 20+ Mbps up.Will it work? We will test but I’m antsy for some knowledge.

Hi. I am having trouble using Zoom on my Acer Chromebook. Currently I have both the Zoom app and Zoom Cloud Meetings for Chrome extension. Which one should I use please?   The sort of problems i seem to have is with High CPU Quality affecting the sound quality , as well with bandwidth. When on in a meeting, my sound seems to be made mute except when i am speaking.   Does any one have any ideas or any way to help me please?   Thank you   Alistair Clarke Usk Wales., UK.

Is there a limit to how many Alternative Hosts that can be assigned to a meeting? I need to assign 2 or 3. 

I put out an invitation for Zoom meeting yesterday using email contacts but not everyone received an invite that was included? Help.  

I have done a factory reset and added the phone to the devices on my Zoom app. But how do I get the actual phone synced up? Don't I need to sign in somewhere on it? Desperately need help PLEASE!!

I'd like to double-check my understanding of the differences between webinars and meetings.  We have a Pro Account.  The size of the meeting is not an issue as we will have under 500 participants.  We have LOTS of experience hosting meetings, typically with under 50 participants, but we've never hosted a webinar.  Next month we will be hosting larger events with more outsiders, hence my question. I'm not concerned about the cost for the webinar license, I just want to know if we have a compelling reason to convert these events to webinars. I know that in a meeting, I can:set people to mute automatically on entryturn off people's ability to unmute themselves unless they are explicitly asked to unmute by the hostturn off participant screen sharingturn off chat, though I may not want to do thatI can even turn off the participant's video, though I don't want to do thatI know all about using the waiting room in a meeting and how to remove disruptive participants if

I got an email saying to add zoom that I will get invited into a zoom meeting. These meetings are very important and I have to make sure this is good to go. How do I make sure it’s good and ready?

If/how do you enable/use breakrooms if you have the Basic account?   I don't see the options indicated from the chat help screens on how to enable breakrooms.  So, something is missing under my account.  Is Breakroom only a paid feature?   Can anyone help me?

Hello. Unfortunately last few weeks I am not in a position to schedule any meetings on the App installed on my computer. Once I click schedule it takes me to a blank screen. Uninstall and reinstall did not work either. Are there any other solutions please? Thank you.

I am using a MacBook. After updating the latest zoom version, I get this grey/black lines across my screen when I turn on the video. There is nothing wrong with my camera lens i.e. I do not have these lines in other video conferencing platforms.  I have reinstalled Zoom a few times, and also updated my iOS to Big Sur 11.5.2 This problem has been around for the past two weeks. Please advise. Hi All, I just created a webinar (been doing them for years), and normally I add the speaker's headshot and bio under BRANDING section as described here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115002548166-Customizing-webinar-branding-settings . But today when I create a webinar, the branding section doesn't have a Speakers section / add Speaker button.  It only has Title, Banner, Logo, Post Attendee URL, and Survey. I can't imagine the ability to upload a speaker photo/bio would disappear.   Did it move? Thanks,Q.

I would like to use one meeting ID and one password for several recurring meetings. These may reoccur several times for the weeks at varying times and I do not want to issue a new code or password for every meeting. I want the people who have the info to continue to have free access. Also, If it is absolutely necessary for a host to be present at every meeting then I would like to have 2 or 3  hosts assigned. Any of them should be able to facilitate the meeting since all may not be present at any time. Also, is it possible to have these 3 hosts assigned permanently?

I am a student, and when I joined my lecture Zoom meeting everything was normal. I believe until I either turned on my camera, or entered a breakout room, my email was displayed as a watermark over the shared content and everyone's camera feeds. Everyone else in the call also saw it. I do not know how to solve and all solutions I've had have pointed me towards turning on watermark settings which I have off. This has not occurred to me in the past and would like to prevent this from happening to my professors' recorded meetings.

I deleted two accounts and apparently all of theirs recordings went along. When I click the recording link it shows error (3 301). I've tried to retriver the recordings from the trash, but it says that the bin is empty.Anyone knows how I could retrieve those recordings or if there's any platform that would be able to recover something like this?

When I'm on camera my video is scrambling

Hi.  I noticed that my webinar tool bar is missing two Icons after the video camera.  The Security and the other I can't remember.  Is this normal due to an update or change?  Is there an admin setting for this?  I'm the account holder. Hope someone can help as I have a webinar tomorrow. Thank for your assistance.Peter
