I am having to give the following instructions to panelists and speakers who can't quickly and easily login to the events I am testing. 1. You will receive emails for each of the days of the conference.  If you are an attendee, as for example you will be for the Friday night keynote speaker, simply follow the link in your attendee email to the lobby of the Zoom Event.  As a presenter in a conference session, you will be able to participate in enhanced functionality not available to attendees.Click on the “View Event” in your invitation email (located directly above the image.)A browser window will open taking you to the homepage of our Zoom Event, (unless you are not logged in.) You MUST log into a Zoom account associated with the email address that we have sent the notifications.If you are not already logged in, then login to Zoom through your browser.Once logged in you should see the “Presenter Training” event and a “Join Lobby” button.You can join the lobby

Hi Zoom user fellows,   I plan to host a Webinar with 2 guests soon and I have some questions :   - First it is possible to put a custom overlay adapted to the zoom screen with 3 subscreens (Me as the host and 2 guests) during the Live ?   On this custom overlay, I'D like to put my logo, change the color... Is there a way to view all the people who joined your meeting after it has ended?

I am configuring Zoom. The company would like to have Zoom operate such that Calls are automatically recorded. I have set this up as "Account Management" -> "Account Settings" -> "Recordings" -> "Automatic Recordings" . I have "Local recording" disabled, yet this does not automatically record. Can someone help me figure out how to: 1. Make it so that Zoom automatically records a meeting2. Make is so that the recording of that meeting is ONLY in the Cloud and not saved locally? Thanks for your help!

Hello,I'm using version 5.12.9 on Windows 10. I'm using a laptop and I have a bluetooth microphone / headset. Sound is being recorded fine when I speak.I can also hear audio, when I play a video in Chrome (and the Chrome session is in the screen that is being shared).However, the audio from the video is not being recorded.I have tried setting the microphone as either the headset (where I can hear the video audio) or the computer's built-in audio, but it doesn't make any difference.The audio from the video being played in Chrome is not recorded.Would appreciate troubleshooting suggestionsThanksVW

I have the login details of both my own and my CEO (team) Zoom-account. When I click the Join meeting link to our team meetings, I am automatically signed in with my CEO's account, meaning that I take over the host role. If I try to test any of the links to our planned client meetings, I get logged on with CEO account, meaning also that if she has an ongoing meeting then, I kick her out of that. I have tried both the desktop app and launching from browser (Chrome). I work on a Mac. Any advice? Thanks!

Hi!I recently had a call with someone where our videos were completely removed, not even our names or profile pictures were visible as is usually the case when you turn off your camera (see below).I would really love to have the ability to do this with my clients on Zoom, but I can't figure out how to achieve this myself.Can anyone please help me with this?Thank you.  

Hi.  I use a bluetooth headset but I'm unable to hear the audio on  Zoom.  I can see the device and select it but the audio doesn't come thru.  The headset is new and works perfectly with other applications on my laptop (youtube, MS Teams, Webex, etc.).   Any suggestions?

On my new Redmi Note 10 Pro, headset mic is not working when headset is plugged in. The same headset works on the same phone but with other apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Hi-Q MP3 recorder. The headset mic also works with Zoom on my old Redmi Note 9 Pro so this problem is specific to Redmi Note 10 Pro.

Today I got an email from Zoom that said that my billing information was changed by a person I know. How can someone else change the billing information of my personal account? I never authorized that. I’m sure this person doesn’t have my account credentials because I login with google and my account has two-factor authentication. If someone tried to login to my google account I’d also get an email.

What is the oldest OS for Mac computer that zoom will run on? I'm looking to purchase a refurbished Mac with lots of ram 32g and HD 3T ... and wondeering what limitations the OS will make if / when i cannot up date ? I also use Miro and hoping that will continue to work also.Thanks for the Tech info.  

We deliver live classes to students and would like to use Kahoot. Our students use their own personal accounts. Does anyone know if we are able to check which students have installed Kahoot or not on their personal accounts? Can that information be "called" somehow when they enter our Zoom room? Can students agree to send us a confirmation after installation? If a student does not have Kahoot installed, we would like to show them a message that advises them to install it prior to entering the live class in zoom.

How would I be able to turn a Zoom Room into a personal room for a user? I would like the user to sign into the Neat pad and be able to see their calendar integrated on the neat pad if possible. 

Hello.  A meeting that I has hosted was finished and the video recording was rendering, when I accidentally quit the application.  Is there any way to still get a copy of the recording? Greetings,Peter

I am the admin of our company account.  I just finished configuring all of the Account Settings (Admin > Account Management > Account Settings) and I would like to export all of the settings as configured so I have documentation of the configurations.  Is there a way to export all of the Account Settings? (This includes Meeting, Recording, Audio Conferencing, Zoom Phone, Team Chat, Zoom Apps, Whiteboard, Zoom Events.) I tried printing each group of settings, but the print feature does not show which way the little blue sliders are slid. Is the only way to document these settings to tediously take screen shot after screen shot then piece it all together into a PDF?

I am curious the best way to setup a payment portal to accept payments for a zoom meeting?  Using zoom meeting for a live class.  I looked over and just saw for Zoom Events, though want to use meetings becasue participants can raise their hand, be heard, listen, etc, not just use chat.   Thank you! I've been using zoom for 3 years now teaching kids one on one, the meeting can last as long as I need, but today when zoom said I had to update to the latest version my meetings end at 40 min even if I'm just with one student. I've already desinstalled and installed again zoom, closed my session everywhere and it's still happening, can someone help me?
