I would like to use one meeting ID and one password for several recurring meetings. These may reoccur several times for the weeks at varying times and I do not want to issue a new code or password for every meeting. I want the people who have the info to continue to have free access. Also, If it is absolutely necessary for a host to be present at every meeting then I would like to have 2 or 3  hosts assigned. Any of them should be able to facilitate the meeting since all may not be present at any time. Also, is it possible to have these 3 hosts assigned permanently?

I am a student, and when I joined my lecture Zoom meeting everything was normal. I believe until I either turned on my camera, or entered a breakout room, my email was displayed as a watermark over the shared content and everyone's camera feeds. Everyone else in the call also saw it. I do not know how to solve and all solutions I've had have pointed me towards turning on watermark settings which I have off. This has not occurred to me in the past and would like to prevent this from happening to my professors' recorded meetings.

I deleted two accounts and apparently all of theirs recordings went along. When I click the recording link it shows error (3 301). I've tried to retriver the recordings from the trash, but it says that the bin is empty.Anyone knows how I could retrieve those recordings or if there's any platform that would be able to recover something like this?

When I'm on camera my video is scrambling

Hi.  I noticed that my webinar tool bar is missing two Icons after the video camera.  The Security and the other I can't remember.  Is this normal due to an update or change?  Is there an admin setting for this?  I'm the account holder. Hope someone can help as I have a webinar tomorrow. Thank for your assistance.Peter   

Hi!when I set a brand for my webinars I noticed that the branding is showed only in the local recording.The brand (wallpaper, background and name tags) does not appear neither in the cloud recording nor in the streaming.Is it normal?  I have not found specific info on zoom support.Did you have the same experience? When call monitoring, for ZOOM PHONE ONLY, is active in a call queue, does the agent or the caller have any indication that they are being monitored? More specifically; will the queue member see or hear anything that tells them they are being monitored. Note: just Zoom phone. Not Contact Center

zoom not letting me reinstall after having uninstalled it due to error code 10004. what's going on?

Hello, I have noticed a couple of other users with the same issue, but basically my whole screen (me and my background) appear green.  The video is also staggered and there is a lag in the movements.  I have uninstalled Zoom and reinstalled it.  The issue does not appear on other platforms (ie MS Teams) and its not my camera - it is just on Zoom.   BUT if I try use my Zoom account on my phone it works just fine, but I need it on my PC.   I do have a ticket number and they are working on it.Anyone else having this issue?

I have run into multiple security issues on my phone and computer, affecting numerous accounts, including Zoom.  I tried to change my email address away from a hacked email account and was told I could not without verifying the change in my old email.  Unfortunately I was unable to get through to Zoom to sort out the problem.  Now I am setting up a new account with a different email address (but the same name and phone number).  It appears that my account is linked to a work account.  I do not have a work account.  This is a personal Zoom account with no affiliation to any organization.  Unfortunately I do not see anywhere I can edit this and remove this linked “work account.”  I also see that I am unable to add a phone number to my new Zoom account, it is simply greyed out.  What this tells me is that the phone number is probably still associated with the earlier hacked Zoom and Outlook accounts and that the hackers do not want Zoom to know

New customer. Single line. I wanted to have all incoming calls ring on my phone and not go through the auto attendant. Finally figured out how to unassign the company number from the auto attendant to myself. In the process I have somehow caused my number to not be able to receive calls from the outside. If I call the number I get a message that call cannot be completed as dialed.

How to change profile name on zoom profile ?

Hello,  I've scoured the web for a method whereby the same participant shares 2 screens simultaneously and the other participants can see the content. In this scenario, the participants too have 2 monitors, and would ideally see the content separately. Much to my dismay, they can only see one of the screens at a time--not what I want.  I've tried clicking and holding the Ctrl button, checking the "use dual monitors" option--to no avail. My PC meets the minimum tech requirements and I have the latest version of the Windows Zoom app.   

HiWhen I join a meeting now and turn on my video, it is displayed rotated of 90° on the right. This was not like this before. Can you, please indicate any action to be done under Zoom to return to normal (vertical) video displayed? Thank you in advance for your support.Regards

¡Hola! Hace un tiempo tengo un computador nuevo con Windows 11. En cuestión, el problema que tengo es el: Al utilizar la app de Zoom en mi computador, cuando me conecto a una reunión automáticamente lanza una señal de que tanto el siguiente micrófono como el altavoz no se han detectado ( Adjunto captura más abajo ) pero realmente si funcionan ambos apartados ya que realizaron una serie de pruebas ara ver que todo está bien y funcionan correctamente.Además, cuando hago uso de esa aplicación se muestra un ícono de "micrófono" en la barra de tareas que está constantemente apareciendo y saliéndose como si se estaba conectando y desconectando un dispositivo.Espero me puedan ayudar a solucionar este problema, ya que es de mucha importancia para mi utilizar esta aplicación a diario en mi pc.

画面共有時に落ちる・画面が固まることが多いのですが、対処法を教えてください。自分が画面共有した時だけでなく、他の参加者が画面共有を開始した時にも発生します。ZOOMのアプリのアンインストール、再インストールも試しましたが、改善しませんでした。

ミーティングを保存し、Googleカレンダーと連携させようとすると「この予定はみつかりません」と表示されて連携できません。ZOOMとGoogleのアカウントは一致しています。ミーティングの予定をGoogleカレンダーと連携させることはできますか？

Hello,   Our team recently came across an odd issue when trying to have new clients sign into their Zoom accounts. We use Single-Sign-On for everyone.  Our issue is that a few users are not able to continue after entering our domain "abcdefghi.zoom.us." When the user tries to click continue, nothing happens and there is no link coming up from their browser to let the sign in go through.   Any reasons for this?    - All clients use Win 10, 11th gen Intel i7. - Our users are all on version 5.12 or 5.13.  We tried new installs for both versions (no luck) - No Networking issues are present for any other application. - The users are able to sign in online to zoom.us and use zoom that way with no issue. (but it is not ideal).   

I'm participating in a 10 person meeting. I have zoom basic. The host of the meeting has zoom pro. Will I be limited to 40 minutes in this situation?Thanks!
