Hi allOur team has a lot of meeting cancellations due to client no-shows. However, the normal usage reports only show Meetings with 2 or more total participants (i.e., host +1). For verification, we want to see a report with ALL meetings started by a user, even it's just the host. There's a support article saying"The Active Host report allows you to view the details of any meeting held by a specific user. This report is useful for users who want to document attendance for compliance purposes. The information is essentially the same as the Usage report for member users, but for all meetings on the account."https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/6744159137293-Generating-Active-Host-reports However, Zoom chat support told me it only generates reports for meetings with 2 or more participants. Is this correct, or are we missing something? Thanks in advance for any help!  

How do I avoid repeat disruptors in our group meetings?  Is there a way to block disruptors by recognizing their IP address?  We have possibly repeat or organized disrupters that enter our public meetings using unique names each meeting.  Because we are posting public meetings this unfortunately is attracting the unsavory characters.  I’ve sent an email to Zoom with no response.

Good afternoon, I would like to know if, if I upgrade my account (i have meetings until 100 participants and i want meetings until 1000), all the meetings created will automatically have the conditions for this upgrade or if I have to create new meetings, from the date I carry out this upgrade. I am trying to find out information on how to transfer a Zoom account that is set up for our Non profit  to allow someone else to be host of the site.I can not seem to find ANY WAY to actually SPEAK to a person.   Maybe i should set up a ZOOM meeting and invite someone from Zoom to the meeting?    But oh no...... that would actually require me to KNOW the name and contact of someone who can help me!!!!! If you sense my frustration -- then i hope that i hear from you very soon!    

I've scheduled a zoom meeting using my zoom one pro plan that allows 100 candidates. Later I realized I might have around 400 people attending this so I bought one time 50$ a month 500 people meeting plan and assigned that feature to my profile.My questions is: The meeting that I scheduled prior hand before buying the 500 people plan, will it allow more than 100 people or do I need to cancel that meeting and schedule a new one? My 500 people plan is active now and my meeting is in the next two days.

When I use the zoom outlook add-in, Zoom creates 3 invite links:1 and 2 are the same but 3 is different.How do I keep this from happening?

Hi there, I am trying to create a Zoom meeting for two other people that I don't plan to attend. Is this possible, even though I'm technically the host? Will they be able to join and conduct their whole meeting without me ever joining/participating? Are there any specific settings I need to enable in order for them to do this?

Does anyone know if you are on zoom phone but your desktop is locked does the zoom phone on the computer still ring 

We use Zoom Room with Polycom X50 for our meeting rooms. If I search a zoom room from the calendar of the Zoom app, there is a very long email address attached to the zoom room. What are those email addresses and what do they do? BTW, can i change them somewhere of the admin portal? Thanks

I managed to find the way to change the setting of the zoom app on my computer to english, however, when I login online, its still in German. Dear all,I was surprised to figure out that I have to pay around 5000 us dollars for cloud storage when I don't even order this service! How come I subscribe to the licensed Zoom and pay around 200  us dollars and you request me to pay 5000 for cloud storage!! The latest update (January 2022) to Zoom appears to be incompatible with my Logitech headset.  The update made it so that if I went into preferences and tried to test my sound, I would hear a loud, repeating clicking sound.  This also happened when I joined a call and unmuted my microphone.  I use OS High Sierra and had to downgrade to Zoom version 5.8.4 (2421) to fix the problem.  I tried a different Logitech headset thinking that was the problem, but the problem persisted.  Only rolling back the update fixed the problem.  The latest update introduced a bug.

Got a question about call queue members who might have set their divert to voicemail timeout very short, does the call queue settings override this? eg. Say a member of the call queue set their send to voicemail after 10sec of ringing, but the call queue settings have send to voicemail after 60 secs, does the member's phone ring for 60s if the call came though the call queue, and direct calls to the member only ring for 10sec before going to their personal voicemail?

I used to be able to upload videos larger than 512 MB in the chat box of a zoom meeting to transfer to someone. As of last week, I am now limited by my "account admin" to files 512 MB or smaller. I have a Pro zoom account. Under account management/account settings/In Meeting (Basic), the only options under "Send files via meeting chat" are to 1) only allow specified file types or 2) set a maximum file size.    Zoom already capped my maximum file size. How do I remove this limit as the account administrator?    The only thing that has changed since the last time that I uploaded a larger file to share via a zoom chat is that I now have a new MacBook Air. I can't imagine why that would change anything in my zoom account settings though.    Thanks for any help.
