Hello, I have a powerpoint presentation to offer, but I have made 'notes' at the bottom of each slide (off the slide, but on the bottom as my speaking points/notes). How do I set up the presentation settings so the meeting participants only see the actual slides instead of also my 'notes'? I only have a single screen and will be running it from my MacBook laptop. Thanks!

Hi all,   Quick question. I have a paid pro subscription that is currently active. I customized my PMI to get one easy to remember. If I cancel / do not renew this paid subscription, how long my custom PMI will remain active? Is this one will be deleted or what will happen with it?   Thanks all.  

I had to re-install Zoom and the date format is not right in edit meeting. I have gone to profile and ensured dd/mm/yyyy is selected. The meeting email has the correct format but when I go to edit meeting, or create new meeting, the date is in USA mm/dd/yyyy. I cannot change this and it is very annoying. Yes my Windows date is correct, I have synced, re-opened Zoom etc to no avail.

Hi, I have come across two users so far who show different time zones on their phone records than on their user records. We are in Eastern time. Their records under User Management both show Eastern time. Their records under Phone System Management show Pacific time, and it is not editable. Is this setting made some where else? Todd

Hello, I am trying to deploy the latest version of Intune using the MSI I get from the Zoom admin portal and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).  I have followed the documentation as well as I can from this link - but I am still encountering what appears to be a command-line syntax error (0x80070667) as the package deploy result - which essentially seems to mean that I am using the wrong combination of MSI command line client configuration items in the packages setup.  (Without these Command-line arguments the package will deploy fine so I know it's just an error with how I have this formatted.) This is what I have entered in Command-line arguments in Endpoint Manager for the app advertisement:ZoomAutoUpdate="true" ZConfig="nogoogle=1;nofacebook=1;EnableSilentAutoUpdate=true;AutoStartAfterReboot=true” ZRecommend="AudioAutoAdjust=1" My assumption is that I am using the list of features after Zconfig wrong, but when I tried breaking them out into separate discre

 A few days ago, I installed the latest Zoom client (Version 5.7.5 (29123.0808)) on Fedora Linux Release 32. Now "Share Screen" offers only the whiteboard under "Basic". There is no option to actually share the video screen. Yes, I rebooted the system to be sure there was not some other problem. The old client worked great, though it may have been a few versions back. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a recommendation of physical phone (on the ZTP list) capable of Zoom Video calls. We do have Zoom phone system and usually use one of the low end Poly models that work fine with voice but I want a higher end phone which possibly can do Zoom video - obviously the thing would come with decent size LCD and a camera? Example - Yealink VP59 device but it's unclear as to exactly whether it can do what I want.ThanksBoyan 

I use the zoom/google calendar extension on firefox. When I create a zoom meeting through google calendar, a coworker of mine is always automatically added as an alternative host. How can I prevent this? He keeps getting emails about meetings that are not relevant for him.

Zoom creates a folder with the name and time of the meeting, but it is empty. I do not record the meeting. This doesn’t happen all the time, only for some meetings, but always for a meeting someone else hosted.

I am sorry if these quesitons have been asked and answered already, but since I am not very good with technical matters, I could not find them. I am sort of trying to figure one thing out here, and that is what sort of possibilites I have when it comes to recording things on Zoom.  I do get the basic recording part ( I have tried it and it seems to work both when I am speaking as well as when other's are speaking. And both people get recorded....) What I am curious about is this though, is it possible to do more with the recording feature? What I would really like to do is to have some sort of "save option" so i could save 2 minutes of talk. Then continue on and if I am not happy with the next part of the recording I would just like to get back to my "latest save" and start over from there....Is this something that is possible to do? If not, would it be possible to record and then save that recording part "without shuttting down" Zoom? v 5.12.9 Running Mac OS. New update to Zoom no longer brings up iCal when scheduling a meeting but defaults to Outlook, which I don't use. Does anyone know how to remove Outlook?

Hi - been trying to update my credit card info on the Zoom site.  We are located in Canada and Zoom's system will not accept the change.  Keeps indicating a province needs to be identified but drop down menu is only US states.  Have been through all the help screens and even tried to set up second back up credit card with no success.  Tried to work through their chat support. Spent a hour on hold on the phone.  Any suggestions?

A vendor is hosting a webinar. I want my clients to join the webinar, however, I don't want the vendor to get the contact information of my clients (through the webinar registration process). How do I achieve that?   Can I say for e.g. create my own zoom meeting or webinar and link it to the original webinar? That way, if my clients register, they register on my zoom meeting/webinar, but when they join, they are redirected to the vendor webinar?

Hi, I want to integrate Zoom into the new Splunk Incident Intelligence product to allow our teams to create a zoom call when we create an incident but I'm not finding much information on how to integrate it. I've gone to the Zoom marketplace but it looks like that's just used if I want to build an app to integrate into Zoom. I've attached a screenshot of the information that is required to integrate. Any help in pointing me in the direction of where to find the API key and API secret would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello I paid a subscription and it cancelled is there anyway to get previous recorded meetings that were on zoom cloud . I logged in and don’t see them 

We have our room controller iPads configured using Meraki MDM and kept the controller app open using the MDM-level single app mode. The downside to this is that the app cannot update until the app lock is disabled and the app itself is closed, and we want to automate this as much as possible. I have found and enabled the following settings in Zoom Admin:Room Management > Zoom Rooms > Account SettingsAutonomous Single App Mode I also made a test profile in MDM that allows ASAM to function, and confirmed that it does work after making sure the MDM lock is inactiveAllow to update the apps directly from the roomDevice Management > Device List > Account SettingsAutomatically update app - Zoom RoomsLast night I received a notification that one of the test profile iPads had rebooted, but when I checked it this morning the app version had not updated. Hi there, I could have sworn I was able to add source tracking links to my event last year, but this year I'm not able to find where this tool is located. Does this capability still exist for Zoom Events? If so, where would I be able to find it? 

My and I are doing a zoom event. We both have a zoom account license for 500 people. We anticipate that there might be more people attending. Can we bring our two accounts together to host a meeting with 1000 participants?
