Hi all! For several years I have been dialing into various types of zoom meetings from google voice (which acts as a landline phone in this case). Today I tried joining a zoom class this same way. After I entered the numeric meeting ID, the zoom voice said ""This Meeting Does Not Allow Phone Dial In" and then the call automatically ended. I emailed the admin folks running the zoom meeting and they said they turned on the setting where participants can call in by phone, so we don't know what to try next. None of the solutions in the previous post about this, from someone who this happened to Jan of '22, worked for me, so I am hoping there are new ideas about fixing the issue. I successfully changed my email address, but on trying to sign in again, I get an error message saying that my session has ended and that I need to sign in again. I've tried signing in a number of times but keep getting the same error message.

This morning the "/zoom"  stopped working for a few people in my workspace. Input that command and enter...nothing. No message or other feedback.We have one paid person/user account, and this command still works for them. AFAIK nothing has changed regarding paid permissions. I've tried to uninstall/resinstall, restart both zoom and slack, checked for upgrades. Have not been able to fix this.

I cant finde the info on how many Licensed user i can have in diferent palns types, how many users that can start a meeting per plan type?

Hi everyone, So 7841 - fully supported but does exactly nothing. I wonder if I got the wrong "revision" or what not? I got Mfg. Part#: CP-7841-K9= Could someone dealing with 7841s chime-in some wisdom for me? What the phone does is this: it gets an IP address (I can ping it fine) and then it sits with "Registration in Progress" message on its LCD:

we have a business site that has phone numbers listed but they are not coded as a clickable link just text.  our Skype for Business phone system has an addon that puts a clickable icon next to the phone number to make it clickable.  is there any sort of addon for Zoom that will do the same thing?  we have told the users about highlight to call but they feel that is too much to do.

Hi, has anyone seen error 100052000 signing into the Zoom App on a Crestron panel?  Possible firewall isue / New IP, not entirely sure.

Hi, It is annoying for teachers to have the participants list in first name alphabetical order instead of surname alphabetical order. Is there a way to change it? If not, can you add it to the next update please?

If you have a free Zoom account, can you record your Zoom meetings? And if it's a one-on-one meeting that goes beyond 40 minutes, can you record the entire meeting? Thanks!  Jim

Hello, I am with the PRO plan. Have not used Zoom in awhile and I understand there were changes to my plan. I cannot seem to access the break out rooms any more, nor can I create a poll and have the users enter their answers anonymously. Are these no longer available on my plan? I am trying to plan for an upcoming meeting. A timely response is very much appreciated..

hi, my account already upgrade to Pro and finish for payment since 1 Nov 2021, however the account has not upgrade yet, the meeting time is limited..so Crazy now. could you please advise what is problem here?  

Hello,  hope you can help 🙂We are arranging an hybrid conference where there will be 70 people in the physical room and many other connected on Zoom. The people on Zoom won't be speaking, they will only listen.We need to play the presenters audio in the room (in order for everyone to hear properly) but at the same time we need the people on Zoom to hear well. I'm concerned about audio feedback/echo. Does anyone has experience with the situation?Also, how can we have both presenter voice played in the physical room and on Zoom? What should be the hardware setting? Thank you in advance

Hello all, I am trying to create a workshop on zoom and I would like the interactive features of a zoom meeting as well as the Q&A tab that is in a zoom webinar. Is there anyway that I can add the Q&A tab to a regular zoom meeting?  I've read the articles on Zoom about how to add it to my account but I can never find the Q&A button to click and they haven't been very helpful so far. Please let me know how to figure this out.

I accidentally displayed some confidential information for a brief moment during a meeting I was recording. Before sharing the video  I need to remove that portion of the recording or black out the screen for a few seconds. Is there a way to do that?

Do you have a list of devices where I can use Zoom via my home internet Wi-Fi connection only? I need something that has a camera in it, but it can't be anything that requires a monthly payment of any kind. or anything that requires it be connected to a cell service. What are things out there that I would be able to get that will work? All I would need to be able to do is add the zoom app to it. Do you have a list of all devices that have a camera in it where the Zoom app can be added to it? Something where no monthly payment is required from a cell company or where there are no monthly subscription fees to use the device/product?

We want to have incoming calls answered live.  If no one is available to take the call then it goes into the auto receptionist.  Is this possible with Zoom phone?

After downloading the newest version of Zoom Meetings (Version: 5.13.7 (15481)) explicitly for Apple Silicon, still running into show stopping bugginess. Have reinstalled multiple times.Pre-Meeting - Home Tab:"New Meeting" button fails to launch, however can join meeting via invite/links Audio Settings (In or Out of Meeting):Zoom Freezes completely when attempting to change audio settings or dive into audio testing tab requiring a force quit.Have opened a ticket, her wondering if others have confirmed same issue on M1 Ultra and/or MacOS Ventura?

I am seeking advice on how to eliminate feedback during a Zoom call when two presenters are at the same table & within close proximity.  I have a MacBook Pro & am the host controlling the waiting room, answering questions verbally & via chat etc.  During a recent meeting with another presenter at an 8' table & presenting both verbally & via screen share/power point there was so much audio feedback from having the computers to close & with both audio systems working we had to stop presenting.  Suggestions on how to fix?1.  I am seeking suggestions on how to have a Zoom meeting with two people at the presenters table & not have audio feedback that disrupts the meeting.  Is there something in settings I can adjust in my MacBook Pro or other suggestions on how to correct this?2.  If I adjust the "Settings" section or audio on my computer or make other suggested changes can I still easily talk with people on the call while managing t
