We are planning for an upcoming Conference and were contemplating using Zoom Events as opposed to a 3rd party managing Zoom for us.  I've watched many YouTube videos and it appears to be a good option for us, with one exception.  I did see something that indicated that only 1 meeting could happen at a time.  Our intention is that after the Introductions and Keynotes (webinar) that everyone would break out into their workshop (meeting).  We have always done multiple meetings happening at one time throughout the day.  This year, we will have 2 rotations of 10 workshops per rotation.Can Zoom Events accommodate this?

With the new customized waiting room setting, the field displayed have switched places. Now the description goes first, with the logo - and the meeting title is in the bottom. A few questions about the large 'logo + description'-screen:- is it possible to upload a picture iso having the big white screen?- is it possible to size the logo and/ or the texts?  Would be great if it were possible... keen to know!

Hi,I saw some posts for this and that the feature was pulled in November in the release notes.Is there a new release date for this feature?Our client would like attendees to see a video or slideshow while waiting for the webinar to start.Thanks!

From some reason Im not able to create a shortcut for zoom on my desktop even after i press on the file "create shortcut". my operating system is windows 10 pro.I will be grateful if someone can help.

Hello, good morning,I would like to have a copy of a Zoom meet or webminar, is it possible?These are the reasons to ask for it.I live in Trento Italy, and a local non profit company organized a conference about depression and I was invited to speak at that conference.The conference was streamed with Zoom with the following link:https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84628252810 If I try to access this link now, the Zoom site tells me that the meet id has expired.The meet was held on February 7 here in Italy at 5:30 pm local time.I really would like to have a copy of the video of the conference or almost to view the conference again.Can you please help me? HI, I created a meeting and can't find the answers to the two custom registration questions I created.Registration page is attached fyi. Its in French but you'll recognize questions that are not name and email. Secondly, I see no way to save the registrant responses to a CSV format.  I recall this was possible.I cant even select what I see so far, ie names and emails of registrants.  See attached as well. 

3 employees. All 3 with cell phones. Outbound phone calls from cell phones to have the main number's caller ID. Inbound calls on main number need to ring all 3 cell phones (unless they've marked DND).  All 3 with desk phones. An additional desk phone in a conference room. (Poly) all 4 desk phones should ring on inbound calls and must be able to make outbound calls that have the main number's caller ID. 2 lines (so 2 concurrent phone calls can happen on PSTN). I already got a calling plan. (We're low volume, so pay-as-you-go.) Thanks in advance, but hey doesn't it seem like Zoom should have a page that helps you cost out your system? I'll write one once I figure out the rules and Zoom can buy it because it'll be so darn useful.

Periodically, when I log on to Zoom I receive the microphone cannot be detected. This is very frustrating when I have ot host a meeting. In the past, I fumble around with settings toggling thing on and off and some times it corrects itself. This time it has not. Please advise. This happens WAY TOO often.

I have a chromebook and an external document camera. The camera works well with the old Zoom Chrome app, but it does not work with the newer Zoom PWA (producing a black image) . Is there a place to report hardware issues like this to the developers? The camera reports itself as: "eMPIA Technology, Inc. OKIOCAM S"

I'm having an echo issue with 2 way communication for zoom webinars. I have live participants in a building atrium and people dialing in. When someone in the atrium talks on a microphone, the people dialed in hear the person echo. But if a remote person talks, their voice sounds fine coming through the speakers in the atrium.  Here is my setup. I've also attached a layout of the setup1. Is the interpretation (Translation) feature avabile in the ZOOM browser view? We have an ZOOM meeting, where a lot of people from Morocco will join. There will be an translation to French. But people in Marocco often dont have the ZOOM app. Will they be able to listen to the ZOOM translation audio tracks, when they join over a browser window? 

I pay £7.19 every month, but this month I got charged double the fees; £14.39! I can't contact Zoom team. What should I do. Shall I cancel the subscription before the renewal date or what? 

Hello I'm being charged $273.11 for a cloud overage fee from Jan 14, 2023 to Jan 16, 2023. I recently contracted a 30 GB extra cloud storage + my usual pro account. If I check the cloud storage report, it says that I used between 7.82 GB and 12.72 GB in that time. I attached the graphic to this message. I don't understand where those extra GB may come from. Is this a common mistake?

As an enterprise user, we have several Zoom integrations enabled for our LMS. However, we use a lot of Virtual Instructor Led Training sessions. As such, the need to integrate polls into these sessions is critical. Rather than having to create these polls each time a session is set up, we love to use the Poll Library, so that they are available when the course is live.    The problem with this, the Poll Library limits preset polls to a maximum of 10 per account. Is there a way to increase this number or will Zoom increase this limitation in the future?

Hello! Wondering if Zoom would consider building a 64-bit ARM64 version of the Zoom application for the Raspberry Pi OS - full 64-bit version was just released, Debian-based so hopefully not a huge stretch.  There are currently ways to get Zoom running on a Pi, but performance and feature-set suffer - the best I've been able to manage so far is running Ubuntu for RPi and running Zoom in the Chromium browser - it works, kind of, but a bit slow and awkward. From a use-case standpoint - the Pi is a cheap (~$40 USD) and small unit, with the addition of a wireless keyboard/mouse combo like a Logitech K400+ and a USB webcam/microphone you could easily transform any TV or projector to a Zoom station - think churches, schools, meeting halls, etc.  Being able to run the actual app rather than running in a browser would make it very easy to setup a dedicated kiosk-like setup in these types of areas to facilitate Zoom meetings without having to lug in a full computer.

I need the steps on how to start a meeting as a host by phone. Do I have to enter a host key? What if I am not using the app or signed into a laptop

Is it possible to cancel the auto-renewal subscription after the termination period (when it has already been prolongrated) und will the annual payment be refunded in this case? And why Zoom doesn't notify their users in advance that the subscription will be automatically prolongated unless cancelled by the last day of the current subscription?

Hi Everyone I am trying to set up call forwarding to my answering service AnswerConnect to an External Number +1866414**** I went to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360021325712-Changing-phone-settings-web-portal-   and scrolled to How to forward to an external phone number and the answer was not helpful because my Setting will not allow me to Add an External Phone number. See no. 1 attached. So, I entered AnswerConnect to an as an External Contact using  +1866414****. See no. 2 attached. Then, I attempted to edit Call Handling using AnswerConnect as the External Contact and when I pressed enter, I get an error message of “International Calling Policy for current extension does not permit routing to the selected country.”  See no. 3 attached.  This makes no sense because the External Contact is entered as a US number (+1) and my calling plan is a US plan. I need this problem solved so that I can forward all my calls automatica
