Hi ! Is there an option to set up a range of times to not send alerts from a Zoom Rooms Meeting Room when the office is Out Of Working Hours?For example, we are using a slack bot integration to receive these alerts in a slack channel. If a room fails on Saturday, we also receive an alert on this channel. We want to block these alerts from Friday 6 PM to Monday 7 AM. Thanks in advance!

We are wondering whether we need a Webinar 500 or Webinar 1000 licence. I have a user expecting more than 500 registrations for a webinar, but this person sure that far from everyone will participate live. Will the 500th registration get a notification that the webinar is full or can they still just register?

Help me figure out: If some already has a Zoom Pro plan, and now that person needs a Zoom Webinar plan of 500 people, does he need to pay extra?

I am trying to cancel my subscription from Zoom forever.I defy anybody to tell me how to do this on their over complicated website.I get nothing but stupid answers from computers.  Do they actually hire any human beings? 

I would like to limit the email addresses people can use to register for a Zoom webinar.  For example, I only want people with the email domain "@cooldomainname.com" to be able to register, and I don't want anybody with the domain name "@gmail.com" to register.  Is this possible?  I saw I can block certain domain names from registering, but I can't find a way to whitelist the domain names I want.  Thanks!

Am I correct in my understanding that recordings are kept in the cloud as long as I have a paid account (unless I have a setting for automatic deletion after a certain time frame)?  I have been under the impression that this is the case, however, someone that recently signed up for zoom is telling me that recordings will only stay in the cloud for 30 days.  Please confirm.  Thank you.

I had schedule a meeting today with my family because of an emergency and when they were trying to join the meeting they were getting a message on their end saying: "Host has another meeting in progress" AND THIS WAS MY FIRST SCHEDULED TODAY THE ONLY ONE"     As a result I couldn't get anyone to be on.   I need some help please!!What happen with my hours?

My present email address became inactive since my retirement from the job. I need to change it to my new email address. But the system sends a confirmation email to my old email address which is no longer active. Under the circumstances, how could I change my email address?

How do I manually active an account that I create (inside zoom portal) with a fake email address so I can assign a number a vm to it. I need a couple of false accounts to assign numbers to for delegation to others. *********** will get a DID and vm, but since no such email or user exists, I can't click on activation email. what's the solution?   

After the last update of Monterey I can't share iPad screen via AirPlay on zoom. In the latest update there is a new feature where you can share iPad screen via AirPlay to MacBook natively. I do not know if it is possible that this generates incompatibilities with the application.The iPad recognizes that it can be shared to the Zoom MacBook device, but when I tell it to connect it tells me that it is not possible. After that that option disappears and it appears that it can connect to the normal computer.The issue is that when the iPad connects to the computer natively I can't use the computer's functionality, including Zoom itself.

I just presented my first webinar. I didn't know until I was already live that chat disabled for my webinar attendees. It didn't show that when I was doing the practice session. And, I couldn't find any place to enable it. Can someone tell me where to enable it?Thanks.

Hi! I have two users in a basic account, both controlled by me. One is the owner and the other is the admin. I have logged in as both and tried to disable the passcode requirement but it still says that this feature is locked by the account admin...but there are no other users! I'm the owner how come I can't change this setting! Phone support is not eligible for my account. 

Hello, I previously was billed annually but had to update my payment preference and it required switching to monthly billing. I have already paid for the calendar year but now am being charged monthly in addition. I am not tech-savvy and have tried calling the Customer Service line for help to have someone fix this issue but I've been put on hold upwards of 45 minutes and then the line has dropped multiple times. If someone could please help me with this issue I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Unless I'm missing something, there's no easy way to gauge the free remaining space for cloud recording storage.  I exported the list of recordings, and the following is the column of the size of files for each meeting.  Autosum will not run on this column because of the extraneous information for files, and the fact teh data shows in gigs and megs.  One must eyeball it or manually edit the entries to get an accurate autosum. 335 MB(3 Files)1.13 GB(4 Files)1.35 GB(3 Files)318 MB(2 Files)1.24 GB(3 Files)247 MB(4 Files)773 MB(3 Files) Hey Zoom dev team, how about giving us some transparency as to our current cloud storage recording space usage!? Making the storage consumption data accessible is hardly a technical issue - it's an ethical choice.  It's time to make this right.  Thanks.

Hi,I sometimes forget to click on the "Record" button at the beginning of the meetings, and so I miss the video records, although the auto-recording is on in the settings. How is it possible to have all the meetings recorded without having to click on the "Record" button? Thank you.

Small business that uses text only for two factor authentication for business login accounts.  In other words we receive texts but never send text.  Do we need to do this campaign nonsense?  

On the first page of creating my event, we enter a "short description."  When I go to publish - it will not because it says I have to fill in the basic information for the event.  I go back and add it again and save. Again, and again, and again. It just will not stick. I've easily done it a dozen times - I am very frustrated.  Using Chrome browser.  I also, attempted it on Safari.  This is the only thing that will not stay.

I host a monthly Poetry reading via Zoom. I've been doing this ever since the pandemic stated and and hadn't had any bad experiences with people crashing the meeting. Then last week I got zoom bombed big time. I group of guests came in  and hijacked  the meeting. One of them made themselves host.  I found out later that one of the readers posted the link to the meeting on her facebook page. I always tell people not to do that but I guess this time I forgot.   I couldn't tell who was causing the problem so I had to shut down the reading.  How do I stop this from happening again?  Is there a feature that allows the host to automatically mute everyone so that their mics can't be turned on during the meeting?  (Except the designated speakers. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has had a similar problem.
