If transcript is selected and you can see the words throughout the entire meeting, why doesn't nothing generate after the meeting ends showing the full transcript automatically? It only exists if you click the save button and that seems really dumb. And, the transcripts are not saved in the zoom account like the recordings are, I can only find them in my OneDrive (which I never use) buried in a random file.
When I set up a new meeting, I cannot see it in my app (so I cannot edit it there - e.g. add an alternative host, etc.). I can still see my meetings scheduled previously. I've updated Zoom to the newest version. It did not help.

I joined a meeting and downloaded some files linked in the chat. I was using the iphone zoom app. After the zoom meeting ended, I searched for the downloaded files in my phone but I did not find them. I don’t know where they are. I hope someone can help me on this. Thanks.
Hi everyone,I’ve been using Zoom Team Chat more lately, and I’ve noticed that sometimes notifications don’t appear when new messages arrive — especially for group chats. Other times they show up fine. I’ve already checked my notification settings, and everything looks enabled.Is anyone else experiencing this?Could this be a sync delay, or maybe something with desktop vs mobile settings?Any tips or things I should try would be really helpful. I made the mistake of using read.ai and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. People are now kicking me out of meetings due to the read.ai appearing in the chat.
I have tried everything. All the call handling stuff, business hours, etc. Our inbound calls are not ringing and sending callers straight to voicemail.
Participants are manually assigned to a breakout room, but there are instances when the participant is sent back to the main room. At this time, they are "grayed out" but still showing as a member of the room they were kicked out of. We are then unable to move them back into that group unless they rejoin the Zoom meeting. Any thoughts on what we can do to remedy this?
Hi!I have bee using Zoom for 10 months. For 2 or 3 weeks, at Zoom meetings my video has been turning off automatically after a while. Hello - My camera has stopped working in Zoom calls. It is a built in camera on my Lenovo computer. My Camera app works and my video works on Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. Here are the steps I've done so farLog out, log back inConfirmed Security permissions are turned on for the Camera on ZoomConfirmed my built in camera slider is in the proper positionConfirmed no other application is open using my cameraUpgraded ZoomRebootedUninstalled and reinstalled ZoomThe camera video feed just remains black and my camera light on my computer slowly flashes a couple of times before stopping altogether. I have received a message once saying the background was taking a long time to load and asked if I wanted to proceed without the background (I had Blur turned on), and I said yes, but it still didnt work. I have since turned blur off and the camera still doesnt work.

Hi everyone, I had an important meeting but I can't open the file. I get the message “Cannot open document ‘double_click_to_convert_01.zoom’. zoom.us cannot open a file of this type.”I tried to find a solution on the internet, and one looked good (make a new recording, pause, and move the “broken” files to a new folder, stop recording). But that didn't work. I don't know what to do anymore. I have a MAC.

Even though I have granted the role of admin, he cannot see any cloud recordings.How and where can I change that? For some reason this week 1/8/2023 when i am on a zoom call my screen is just a blank grey screen with a laptop icon in the middle of it when the camera is on. There seems to be no way to actually to speak to anyone if you live in the UK for technical support and the bot is as useful as a chocolate teapot. Any suggestions as to why this
I am trying to demonstrate some things to my participants using Share Screen, Screen. It was my understanding that when I choose the Screen option, participants could see WHATEVER is on my screen. So, first question: Is that true or false? In particular, I was logged into my Zoom account via my web browser and was showing some of the back office features. But when I then opened the Zoom APP on my desktop, the interface popped up as usual and I could see it, but my participants could not. Wondering if there's a conflict with being logged in via we browser AND being logged in on the app at the same time? Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello! My Zoom app keeps on crashing when joining a meeting, it would open the audio and video preview window then once I click join, it would crash and attempt a rejoin but crash again. However, when joining through the web app it works perfectly fine and also when starting my own meeting. I have restarted my laptop, updated all drivers (video and audio), did a cleanzoom uninstall and reinstalled Zoom's latest version, and disabled hardware acceleration in the Zoom settings. I have also adjusted the sample rate and bit depth of my recording devices seeing how this fixed the same issue for others in the Zoom Forums, unfortunately this didn't fix it for me .
I can't disable the passcode for meeting(toggle is grayed and shows locked) even though the waiting room is enabled. Isn't it supposed to be one or another? Or did they changed the regulations? (Still showing atleast one of the security measures are required in the security settings).

When I watch a video shared through Zoom (the video has both voice and music), I can only hear the voice in the video, but not the music.I’ve tried using a different headset, but it still doesn’t work.When I play the video directly on my computer, I can hear it normally.The issue only occurs when I play it on Zoom or when someone shares it with me on Zoom.The same issue happens on my phone as well."Thank you
When I start a meeting, it automatically open in full screen mode. Is there a way to change this? I'm not referring to sharing a screen, it's when I start a meeting.
How does Zoom name files beginning with GMT? Do the digits after meaning anything? It is weird that it uses so generic file names which makes them to identify FOR EXAMPLEG M T | A B C D E F G H - I J K L M N _ Recording DO THE Numbers A - N represent anything such as timestamps, recording IDs, or anything useful or is it Random? I have a bunch of downloaded meetings in a folder and trying to identify which is which.
In Zoom Room installer version 5.11.7, the login password was stored in the windows registry.The password was stored in HKLM/software/microsoft//windows nt/current version/winlogonWe have recently upgraded to version 6.6.4 and it appears that the password is no longer stored in registry.where is the password stored now ?was this change part of recent security enhancement ?which version introduced this improvement?
Hello everyone!The first time I used Zoom and Workspace in my Laptop (in 2023), the Zoom software was downloaded and installed by a literate-Linux system friend. However, once I updated the Zoom version (2024) and my aforementioned friend and to downloaded and installed the updated version, my Zoom Workplace was no longer ready to use it. For that reason and since then, I have to join my Zoom account through the Zoom Web interface.The worst part of it is that: the Zoom always asks me to join my Zoom meetings through my Zoom Workplace and sometimes it simply does not allow me to join any Zoom meetings. It is really bothering. I am about to cancel my Zoom account.Do you have any suggesting I could do before I proceed to cancel my Zoom account? Thanks.
Hello Up until now, Zoom could not find the solution where sharing my screen of not having those dark shadows projected to the viewwer. Pls update and change that so those dark shadows are not seen by our audience viewer. This issue does not happen in gmeet, teams, or webex, only in Zoom. Please try to fix that.I think I made myself clear. If there is already a know hoy for that, please share it.Zoom is one of the best for the many features it has, only the problem mentioned above is the issue.Pls acknowledge receipt and replyRgds
