Inbound calls not ringing

I have tried everything. All the call handling stuff, business hours, etc. Our inbound calls are not ringing and sending callers straight to voicemail.

Check the call logs to see why the calls are going straight to voicemail. The log should indicate what is causing that. Additionally, if your using the Zoom App and it's behind a few versions, I've seen that cause inbound calls to be automatically rejected and sent to voicemail even with a phone assigned with the same number.
