Hello, I signed up with Zoom Phone for personal use, I do not have a business to register under the 10DLC. How do I enable the ability to send SMS? (again, for PERSONAL use only)

I’m trying to confirm: Is there a maximum number of live panelist camera feeds that can appear as selectable “sources” inside Production Studio? If 20 panelists have cameras on, will all 20 appear as available video sources that can be pulled into scenes? Are there performance considerations on the host machine that affect how many live sources can be active simultaneously? I want to confirm any tech limitations before committing to Production Studio.

Is it possible to track and/or collect data (Full name, email address, location) for a webinar with livestreaming if the attendees do not have to register for the event. Meaning “no registration required”. Any advice is appreciated.

Hello,  A recent update changed the fullscreen mode. I usually pin one person and make them fullscreen and they would take up the entire screen. Now, I get the controls at the bottom that stay there, so it isn't true fullscreen. I record through OBS and I would rather not crop, is there a solution to this? See before and after photos.

I am working on a Windows 10 laptop and although I do not know the app version, it should be the last one as I have very recently downloaded it from the Zoom website.I am able to share my screen with the breakout rooms, but once I enter to a room, it’s not visible any more.

I need to have short 10-15 minute check ins  that CANNOT run over to the available 40 minutes.. I have tried setting to the meeting to15 minutes but each previous meeting this has not “applied”. Please help! (Free version in use)

My participants can´t join the meeting. It says "waiting for host to start the meeting". I have started it. What am I doing wrong?

We are running the Zoom Rooms software off of a Dell OptiPlex 7090 using a Shure P300 to process audio for the room. Is there a way we can control the audio coming from the Digital Signage library when videos are playing over the system? I know we can mute/unmute the audio from the Digital Signage, but the audio coming from the Digital Signage is too high and we'd like to be able to turn down the volume in a similar fashion to the volume control in Zoom Meetings.

Hi Zoom Community,I'm experiencing a display brightness dimming issue on my secondary monitor that has been present since at least Zoom version 6.5. I'm reporting this in hopes that the Zoom team can investigate and address it in an upcoming release. **Setup:**- Lenovo ThinkPad T40s, Windows 11- Zoom Workplace with Dual Display mode enabled- Secondary display output via HDMI to an AJA KiPro Go (external recorder)- Laptop configured to extend display at 60hz- Secondary window from Zoom full-screened onto the secondary display- Multiple participants in meeting with Participant 1 pinned to the secondary display**The Issue:**When Participant 1 (the pinned participant) is speaking, the secondary display looks correct. However, when any other participant speaks and the gallery view highlights them, the secondary display visibly dims. When Participant 1 speaks again the display brightness returns to normal. This dimming is visible both on the physical secondary display and in the recorded out

I invited multiple people to a meeting.  Zoom automatically added passcode requirement. However some invitees are not technically savvy and had trouble entering a previous meeting.  I want to remove the requirement that they enter a passcode, and keep it as simple as possible for invitees. How can I do that?

At some point my Zoom started recording my video meetings automatically every time I start it up.  I went into the settings and the "switch" for automatic recording was already switched off.  How can I stop it?  I tried switching it on and off again...Thanks

Dear Zoom - there are three issues that have made my life (and, a lot of people, I’m sure) LESS convenient, for no reason.   You have removed the “Share Privately” function in Zoom docs.  There was ZERO reason for this.  I used this feature all the time, it’s not there now.  I received an email from tech support basically saying…. too bad….  put in a request.  Maybe they’ll put it back, maybe not.  No.  Not good enough.  There was no need to remove it in the first place.  I don’t have time to argue with Zoom about a feature they USED to have but removed it for no reason.  Scheduling  - why can’t we schedule meetings that have no defined time right in the app?  Ridiculous.  USED to be able to do this.  Again, gone for no reason.  Completely inconvenient and stupid.  No download button in Zoom docs.  To download files on an ipad or a phone in Zoom docs, it’s ridiculous how much of a pain it is.  Why can’t you guys just put a DOWNLOAD button on the page main or somewhere LOGICAL?  For me,

Using Zoom on Windows 11 with all updates installed. I am hearing impaired and my Phonak hearing aids function as a Bluetooth headset. When I am in a Zoom meeting I cannot adjust the output volume using using the volume slider in Windows or using the volume slider in Zoom audio settings. Both the input and output sliders in Zoom audio settings have an X next to the speaker icon on the left end of the slider indicating, I assume, that the sliders are disabled. My Phonak hearing aids are selected as both the input and output device in Zoom. What must I change to be able to control the output volume? Thanks.

ON IPAD:  Up until this week, June 16, 2024, if someone shared their screen during a meeting, it would go back to gallery view, which is the correct view/setting.Now when a participant ends a screen-share session, it goes automatically into speaker view. I have to manually find a moment to switch it back. I am a court reporter, and I have very little time to take my hands off my writer to do that.What is going on? I'm not the only one who is having this issue. Three people I know already told me they are having it too. I just hope there is a fix.Thanks!

Hi - I’ve just published a recurring weekly event. We will have different team members covering sessions, so I didn’t have any speakers added when I published. I’m adding speakers now and they are not receiving the email invite with calendar link.The sessions are published. Registration is required.They all have special role of speaker. They’ve all been added as “speaker.”I’m adding them per session here: The speaker session join details email is scheduled for 4 weeks out - but sessions start next week.  Am I missing something? Is there a way to set these to send as soon as I add someone as a speaker? Or is there even a way for me to manually send them?

Hi all,  I create events using Swoogo, and I use the virtual integration with Zoom to create Zoom meetings for my online events. Swoogo already sends users a secure link to the Zoom meeting that forces them to sign in through Swoogo (so that our registration and attendance data is correct).  The issue is that Zoom also separately sends users an invitation to the meeting, and that link can be used by anyone, including users who haven't signed in, so we can't get their attendance data. Is there a way in Zoom account settings to turn off the automatic email invitations?Thanks

When I follow the directions in 'Livestreaming meetings or webinars on YouTube' article using custom settings for a scheduled Zoom meeting and a scheduled YouTube livestream, YT waits forever for the stream to start, even though the Zoom Meeting auto-started as expected. Where can I find Zoom info/error to figure out what is wrong? I captured some debug info using Zoom Workplace General setting for diagnostics but can’t really make heads or tails of the volumes of information and didn’t readily find any specific errors.We have two HP Mini Conferencing G9 PCs with Zoom Rooms and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC systems. One has two Poly TC10s, one as a Controller and one as a Scheduling Display. The other room has one TC10 as a Scheduling Display and an iPad (A16) as a Controller.When I manually go through starting YT it works ok.Any help on some specifics and where to look at?

What’s one Zoom feature you think is underrated but actually improves your meetings the most? And is there any feature you wish Zoom would add in future updates?

There was a very useful facility in Zoom meeitngs that is available anymore. I teach students online. Students could send answers privately only to the host. We could see these private messages in one window. This facility has been changed to individual named chat messages. There is a need to navigate around chat widow. I am trying to find out whether this facility is still there  or move away from Zoom. 

The app login failed with error code 1044. However, the web login was normal and the network conditions did not change during the period. System: Mac OS sequoiaChip: Apple M4 Pro

As a Pro user, we have two licenses—one assigned to the Owner and one to the Admin.In that case, is it possible to host and run two meetings at the same time, one created by the Owner and the other created by the Admin?

i had a online class in zoom, and it is a meeting with password. im sure the password is corret, and i can enter the meeting without enter password by my phone, but when i use a computer or a laptop. it always needs a password and always says the password is wrong. i want to contact the supporter but there is only ai pop up. can anyone help me fix it?
