Question

How can I use my own e-mail address instead of @zmail.com on the invites?

I noticed recently that when I schedule a zoom meeting I never get responses from invitees.  I discovered that Zoom created @zmail.com account for me that's attached to all the invites. I have ZERO need for zmail, how can I make it so all invites are sent with my ***********  as a reply-to address?

You can delete it at https://zoom.us/profile

I am here for this exact same issue.  I want the whole zmail thing to go away.  Right now I add myself as an invitee so that it gets onto my calendar but I really want to go back to where my zoom meetings were tied to my calendar and not to zmail.... whatever that is

Can't find in my profile settings 😞 It's already costing me money.  Lost a client that I had zoom meeting earlier last week. Because of the freaking zmail address on the invite he replied to it and by the time I followed up it was too late. This alone warrants cancelling of subscription and moving to teams or google meet. I'm extremely angry because you decided to push this zmail encrypted crap down your customer's throats. Turn off AI for a second and listen to voice of reason...

Not sure how much it helps but I include my address as an invitee so that I can at least see the invite and see if they accepted.  As far as the email replies go, yes that is an issue

There are two ways to send a Zoom invite form your own email. You can copy and paste the Zoom invite into your email client or you can use a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send Zoom invitations from your own email domain.

Hello there,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

You can check out this article for using calendar and contacts integration. You may schedule the meetings through your third-party calendars like Google and send the invites there.

Let us know if it helps or if you need further assistance.

If we remove the zmail account, does that mean information will no longer be encrypted when sent? If we were to set it up with gmail instead?
