Hi, my Salesforce org has conversation insight licenses, but zoom phone isn't supported out of the box.  There is however documentation for connecting with Zoom Phone via the API.  Has anyone done this?  I can't find any specifics on how to integration Zoom Phone with Salesforce Conversation Insights, just API documentation.  

I cannot get into my room from another device if there is a meeting going on.  What is that about?

I know Zoom is very excited about the addition of the Zoom Workplace.But I don't use it, and don't want it on my screen.Now, every time I start a new Zoom meeting, the Workplace window also starts up/displays.Don't want that, and don't want to have to click the red-dot close window button every time.Is there a Setting that permanently disables the appearance of the Zoom Workplace window on my meeting startup?

For my virtual classes, I set up a Zoom meeting with my computer and my iPad both as co-hosts.  In the past, I would share the PDF on my computer and be able to annotate on my iPad in such a way that all meeting attendees could see it.  This summer, when I tried that, annotations would randomly appear and vanish, and now, THEY DON’T SHOW AT ALL.  When I annotate the PDF on my iPad, it will show up on my iPad but it doesn’t show to the other computers in the meeting at all.  This is the annotation tool within Zoom and not some sort of outside annotation tool.This used to work and was very convenient for me, and now it doesn’t work.Does anyone have any possible fixes to this issue?  Is Zoom working on a fix to this issue?Thanks!

Hi all,I recently renewed our Workplace Plus licenses and added Zoom AI Companion Plus along with a few ZRA licenses.  I'm configuring the AI settings on the backend before rolling it out to everyone.One issue I've hit is I can't find a way to create a rule that prevents AI Companion from joining meetings when specific domains are invited.  This comes from a number of clients who've requested that AI notetakers not join their calls.  In Fireflies, I could add these domains to a blocked list that kept AI notetakers off the call.  I'm trying to replicate that here.Any guidance would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

When I tap share screen, only availability is to share the window or the entire screen. No option seen for sharing by cable anymore. I’ve checked all of my Mac OS settings and privacy, and Zoom is allowed for all of the recordings, et cetera.

I usually stay logged into Zoom because I am in it frequently. Previously, I would have to login after being logged out automatically every 2-3 weeks. Lately, I am getting logged out automatically after leaving each and every meeting. I don't understand. I'm just leaving a meeting and nothing else. But, when I go to join another meeting, I have to log into Zoom because I've been logged out. Any idea why this is happening? And, what can I do about it? 

I find it annoying and a waste of screen real estate.  

I am a private tutor.  My students just come to my personal meeting room.  For the last six years, every time I’ve opened my room I click “host tools” and then “allow screen share.”  Seemed weird I couldn’t just do that by default, but it was fast.Today, after the update, I open the meeting room and have to go to “host tools” then go off to the side and click “advanced” (not “participants” which would be logical) then “share” then choose “all participants” from the dropdown menu, then close the sidebar that opened.That is wayyyyy too many clicks for something that I have to do every. single. time.Is there no option to just always allow participants to screen share?Why update an app in 2026 to make it remind me of a Blackberry phone from 2005?

In the meeting I want to get the transcripts without recording the meeting. I tried by turning on the caption but at no point did I get the choice/button for transcript. Please help. Thanks!

In the current Windows version of Zoom Workplace, the Home/Today panel on the right side cannot be hidden. It can only be expanded, not collapsed. There is no collapse button, no menu option, and no way to disable it. This blocks the workspace in Team Chat and reduces usability. The panel needs to be collapsible, just like in earlier versions. Please restore the ability to hide it.

When using zoom chat, some accented glyphs cannot be input, regardless of the user's system keyboard settings or hardware. For instance, the Alt/AltGr+i shortcut does not result in a fada í even with an "Irish" keyboard, but always results in italicizing text. It would be preferable if these shortcuts were changed to make typing input conform with system settings, en par with word processing software - where italicizing or bolding is achieved with Ctrl+i and ctrl+b, respectively. I could also imagine just treating the Alt and Alt Graph keys differently, so existing shortcuts could keep working with the Alt key, but the AltGr key would work for inputting special characters.Another solution could be adding a toggle control to enable/disable the italics shortcut and other potential interferences in the chat options.This issue is occurring in all English and German language settings I've tested - Umlauts do seem typable on a German QWERTZ keyboard, but not with shortcuts on an internationa

Is there a way to customize the in-meeting controls bar at the bottom of the screen?  For example, I'd like to remove the AI Companion, Emojis, Summary, etc, buttons.  It's starting to get very distracting and when it's so crowded, it makes it difficult to find the buttons you need.  

So super weird issue that only has zoom as the common thread. Issue: After being in a Zoom meeting for 20-30 minutes, the user's keyboard stops working. This is while in the zoom call and after leaving it. This is an ongoing issue and the user has updated zoom 3 times since the issue occurred and it's still present. User is completely up to date with all OS, app, and driver updates. What I've tried:• Restarting the computer• Updating Windows 10• Upgrading to Windows 11• Updating all available drivers• Updating Zoom• Uninstalling/Reinstalling Zoom• Removing and re-adding keyboard drivers• Complete wipe of Windows and all personal information• Assigning a brand new laptop• Using an external keyboard Whenever it does go away, regardless of what I do, it comes back once the user joins a Zoom meeting. No idea where to go next.

When we off-board an employee I am sometimes left with a voice mailbox containing hundreds of messages.  Typically they are marked as read so I assume that the messages have been resolved.  Is there any way to force messages be deleted?  A mailbox capacity limit would accomplish this but I don’t see that as an option.Any other thoughts on how to encourage users to delete messages after they are no longer needed? Can an admin see which users have a large number of messages in their mailbox short of granting themselves access to each mailbox and manually reviewing the contents in the Zoom desktop app?Can we export the contents of a mailbox?  

I understand the fact that updates need to be done but it would be helpful if you stop moving tabs or sections around. It took me 30min just to find Usage reports for my meetings

I set my zoom meeting at 1 hour, but after 40 minutes my meeting ends??

My Zoom did not properly transcribe my recent meeting. Is there anyway to recover it or another version of the transcription? The icon at the top right signified that the transcription was on.

Running Zoom on an HP Laptop, using Linux Mint, latest version (dowloaded yesterday). There's a long-standing problem of video suffering from jitter and lag. Other machines are fine. This machine has two video adapters - I'm only using one for Zoom. The AI Companion icon constantly flashes if someone is using it, but the flashing is distracting. Is there a way to have it stop flashing or to remove it from the title bar? Thanks.
