I just hosted a meeting and recorded it to Zoom Cloud.  At the end of the meeting I clicked leave meeting like everyone else and that was it.  I thought that was where/when I would name etc my recording.  But my recording is nowhere to be found.   What did I do wrong and can I find it ?

I recently installed a webcam, but my face will not show in the screen during Zoom call. My face does show in my camera app. I also have a notice from my security system (ESET) saying that camera access to Zoom has been allowed. What do I do to get my face to show up on zoom rather than a black screen? I have the latest Zoom version. I am using a desktop PC. If no one can help, is there a phone number I can call to get this figured out?

Hi,I am using ZOOM version 6.2.2(2028) (minimum version required by my institution) and I cannot click with the mouse in any way when sharing my screen. This is very distruptive when doing presentation and working with others. I am using Linux Mint 21.2, and I have also tried last zoom version (6.2.3

I’m using wired headphones connected to my HP laptop using Windows 11 Pro.When I play music or other media, the volume is perfectly fine and at a normal level. However, when I join a Zoom meeting, the audio becomes noticeably very low.I’ve already checked and confirmed that the volume is set high both in Windows 11 and within Zoom’s audio settings, but the issue still persists.Does anyone have a fix to this?

Once I schedule a meeting on someone's behalf, I cannot change the meeting.  I cannot see it in my meetings list. The meeting appears in their meetings list (with them as Host) but I cannot see it anywhere.  I would like to be able to make changes to the meeting.We are not sharing calendars (O365, etc) because the privilege seems to grant FULL access to the others' calendar.  Maybe there is a way to share only Zoom Meetings schedules with others?But I thought I should still be able to see those meetings in the Zoom web page.  I'm looking under "Personal > Meetings".  Maybe I should be looking in another place?My Zoom App is Windows 6.0.11.

Hi, How can I enable audio transcript in zoom, so as to have transcript vtt file ready post cloud-recorded zoom meeting? It says this option is locked

I am experiencing the same issue. The Meeting Tab is completely missing in the updated Zoom app. This entire functionality has disappeared, and it is extremely frustrating.@Zoom – Please address and fix this issue immediately. Without access to the Meeting Tab, I am unable to view or manage my saved meetings, which makes the app practically unusable for me.Kindly treat this as a priority and restore the missing functionality as soon as possible.

Have any LTI Pro admins ever gone through the process of changing the installer? Hello,I am using the Zoom App on Mac and getting the following error for some files. It appears the the files that have already been cached are rendered correctly. The same thing happens when using the web app of zoom. The route when fetching the file returns a 404. Can you reproduce this issues @zoom?Best,Moritz Oliveira Makowski 

We’ve had a few users that had phones hanging off small 5 port DLINK POE powered pass-through switches. The users Poly Edge E550 phones lines were going red and the phone would reboot or cycle but come back. It would happen intermittently. We figured these low power POE powered passthrough switches were to blame so we remove them and the problem still occurred. We rolled the users phones back to 8.3.1 firmware and we haven’t had any reports. So far only two users phones reported issues but they are two users that probably talk more than others and so they noticed we think. Our of an abundance of caution we rolled all phones back to 8.3.1 and are waiting for a new firmware. Anyone had similar issues with Poly Edge 8.4.1.0068 firmware?

Hi, I have video auto-framing toggled off, but it continues to do it no matter what. I have checked my camera on the laptop separately and there is no auto-framing happening, just through zoom...anyone else? Every support I find just tells me to choose to turn it off and I have, it's just not working.Thank you,Deanna

why all my recording conference GONE today? 

I'm getting lag every 2-3 minutes for about 15-20 seconds. I'm on a Desktop PC which is powerful.I'm not on Wifi, I'm directly attached to the network.Speedtests are all super fast (gigabit ethernet, fast upload and download, latency is low teens)I use the desktop app not through the browser. All other services seem fast - Teams, Gotomeeting, VoIP phone, Discord all work no problems. I'd like to try some more advanced troubleshooting (I own an IT Services business)Are there any servers I could tracert to and test the connection over several minutes for packet loss along the route?

On my Mac, I am not able to see me or my client when I am screen sharing. I have the latest zoom software.
