Reduction in quality when using background effects

I installed Zoom (on Windows 10) early in June 2026 but according to Control Panel the last install was just over a month ago on 25th Sept (so presumably Zoom updates itself automatically?)

Around September I noticed that if I have any background selected and I physically move, the movement (i.e. me) is very jerky and blurry. I don’t remember this problem when I first installed Zoom in June. Is anyone else aware of this and is it fixable?

Same here! When I have a certain background for a specific group, my face is blurry, and everyone else in the group has the same background, and their faces are clear.

I've had the same problem since I uploaded a background for a group I facilitate. Everyone else with the same background has a clear face.
