how to email the complete zoom meeting

As a board member of a non profit organization, I am also the host of our monthly zoom meetings.  I have recently been required to upload the zoom video to our website complete with closed caption, to our legal counsel and to outside legal counsel.    I’m unable to figure out how to accomplish this task.   I have a Mac laptop and can view the video, download the summary, but that’s the limit of my ability.   Any suggestions?
