Has anyone else noticed that the change in the registration process from the old Zoom webinars to Zoom events has significantly reduced conversions and show-up rates? For example, on the old platform, we used to average 40% or so turn up rate for free webinars. Now it's down to 10%.I also wonder about the extra step in the registration process for new registrations -- requiring that a link be sent to their email and THEN completion of the registration process. The old way was much better. Anyone else?jmancini
Hi! I set up my first interpreter event weeks ago...... It's a Virtual Wedding with half the guests speaking Spanish! The interpreter and I had a meeting to test everything. I thought we were set since I was able to get him set up to interpret simultaneously while I speak. (Very amazing feature!) Today I go to test the wedding day link (it is now 3 days away) with my daughter. Neither of us had the 'world' icon button. I double checked settings and updated my zoom account since it called for an update. Then I gave it another try with my husband tonight, and I have the 'world' icon button but he doesn't. I have been going over settings and reading and listening to videos but have not found a solution. I even set up another Wedding Link just in case the first one was buggy or something. Hi,Does anyone have experience selling in zoom expo booths? My sponsors are e.g. publishers and artists and would like to take orders and payments while in their booth. How would the customer have access to any payment method, or an outside link? Would that have to be individually communicated via chat to each customer or downloaded in a .pdf? Maybe these links could be listed somewhere in an online reference?Any ideas are welcome.Thanks,Lis
Hi, I tried connecting my iPad on a zoom call to conduct an online class but share button did not show iPhone/iPad option neither the share desktop was available. Is there any change in the recent updates from Zoom or on macOS that prevent this. Please note that I am currently using the latest updates of all, macOS, iPadOS, and Zoom.
I use the openSUSE rpm package of the meetings desktop clientHowever, I definitely prefer to install software that is correctly cryptographically signed. I've reinstalled multiple times, checked all permissions to on, firewall is off, I downloaded the newest M1 version of Zoom. If I try to join a meeting or try to sign in it says "cannot connect check network". My internet is working perfectly. Any ideas how to fix this?
I am working on setting up an event and we have a number exhibitors/sponsors for it. The event is hybrid so they are with us in onsite but we want to recognize them online too. The page showing their name an logo looks great and would be enough to meet our needs, however because the logos click through to something I have just spent quite some time building out pages for each exhibitor so there isn't an almost blank page if shown if the logo is clicked on. We gave the exhibitors the capacity to add content themselves and sent an email encouraging them to do so but no one did, not high on their list of priorities. Can I suggest that there be an option to turn the page on and off, if it is off the logo can be shown and just not clickable, and maybe the ones that are clickable could have link for 'Learn more'. It is a great feature to have but if don't want to embarrass your exhibitors/sponsors with blank pages it does force you to add some content, and make choices on what that

Can anyone tell me how to turn off calendar integration?our ZoomRoom works but each tome it starts up on our iPad which controls the Windows computer zoom program, it says, This room needs to be connected to a calendar.”I don’t believe we need calendar integration.on line it said all I have to do is go into my account profile and down to calendar and click disable. Am not able to share the screen, am the host and changed the settings, given sharing access to all ( Host and Participations. But still am not able to share the screen but If I login other Laptop as a host or a Participant am able to share but not in my particular Laptop .? May I know why.? do I need to check any settings .? I have restarted the browser and Laptop multiple times but still not able see sharing button option . Kindly let me know how can get the access.? Zoom Phone users at my organization have repeating meetings every week (e.g., 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., every Monday), and they would like to silence incoming Zoom Phone calls during those times. We use MS Outlook as our organizational standard, and it looks like the MS Office/Zoom plug-in only indicates that the person is in a meeting based on Outlook Calendar.. but does not put the phone on Do Not Disturb. Is there a way to automatically set repeating Do Not Disturb times? Thanks!
I am having trouble with zoom meetings where it just constantly logs itself out. In normal times it seems there's no problem. But, I think when the host shares his screen, it automatically signs me out. and an error message pops up saying an unidentified problem occured? (It's in Korea so i translated it in english) Would anyone know why this keeps happening?
My Zoom app recently updated to Zoom Workplace and now includes the "create clips" facility. There is a keyboard shortcut built in (Ctrl+Alt+C) that opens that window even when Zoom is closed. Unfortunately it is a keyboard shortcut that I had set up for use in Word and it's one that I use *all the time* 😞 I have disabled the clips feature in Zoom, but that keyboard shortcut now seems to have been irrevocably allocated to that function, so when I type it in Word, nothing happens, and I can't allocate it to the function I had allocated it to any more. I've set up a new shortcut in Word, but even so this is driving me nuts because my use of that shortcut is so automatic that I'm forever using it and getting confused about why nothing has happened. Does anyone know how to wrest control of my shortcut back from Zoom? I use the free version of zoom to meet with friends during covid. The last few weeks when I set up a meeting and then send the invitation for the meeting (by email from the zoom meetings link on zoom app, iPad) the invitation states the time and date I created the meeting as the meeting time. The meeting still shows in my meetings on zoom as the correct time and date but the invitation is incorrect.I know this is confusing and I’m not articulating well but this is what happens.On Sat. Nov 20 at 7 am I begin to set up a meeting for Sunday Nov 21 at 6 pm. I create the meeting and it saves correctly in my meetings. I then go into the meeting and send the email invite to the participants. When they go to look at the meeting it says it is starting on Sat. Nov 20 at 7 am.I have done this many times in the past without this problem, it just started to misbehave in the last few weeks. What am I doing wrong?thanks in advance

We are an organization of around 100 employees. We submitted a campaign to expand (beyond 49) the total numbers that could send SMS messages to clients. The campaign was approved at the end of February. The relevant steps were followed to join each number to the campaign. But since then the messages from our numbers seem to be blocked. Users can send messages but they aren't always received. This seems to happen most often with clients who have T-Mobile or some of the other smaller carriers. I have an open ticket with Zoom support but seem to be getting nowhere after 6 weeks. Any one else having SMS issues? Getting usefull support?
Hello All,I accessed the dashboard to confirm the amount of time I spent on zoom and I am seeing 16 participants in a meeting where there were supposed to be only 2 people on the call. Can anyone access a meeting if they are not admitted by me? Also the amount of time is incorrect. The total elapsed time should have been under or around 4 hours. Everything about this data is wrong from the number of meetings to participants to time on zoom. Any insight will be greatly appreciated. I do not understand what is going on. I did not have 7 meeting with 16 participants for sure. I had 2 meetings each with only 1 participant and 1 host. 02/24/202307016527

I recorded a meeting to the Cloud. I can see 3 recordings in my Cloud for this meeting, but they are only a few seconds each, the full one hour recording is not listed. Any ideas on how to retrieve the full meeting or why it didn't save the full meeting?
Is there any documentation on what the logic is when there are multiple recipients for a Kiosk? If for example all 4 recipients are online and green, will it call the first name entered in the portal? Is it completely random? If a recipient is on another Zoom call, will the virtual receptionist still try to call through and the recipient has to choose whether to answer the new video call request or not? Looking for any kind of documentation around the logic of a multi-recipient setup and how to coach these recipients on how to set their status to manage the answering tree better. TIA
