How can I remove the feature requesting my clients to input a passcode when joining the Zoom meeting?
I was sent a meeting invitation and have been trying to open it to confirm the meeting, but the following is happening: Next page that loads says: "Sorry, you do not have the latest version of Zoom Workspace App installed.The latest version of our application will download automatically. Kindly install it to accept the meeting invite.If the download doesn't start automatically, please download manually.Manual DownloadJoin from your browser"The version update download starts and when I click on join from your browser nothing happens. I open the download it runs and disappears.I checked my zoom app and it says that it is at its most up to date version. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom on both Linux and Windows. Restarted both computers and cleared cache. I do not have a paid account. Hello. I recorded a Zoom meeting as a guest (with acceptance by the host). However, when he ended the call, I realized I didn't know how to find that video. I've searched my laptop documents and entire laptop, but and not finding the folder. So I'm wondering if it may be because the meeting was ended without ending the recording...? I.e., I never clicked to stop the recording b4 he ended the call. Thank You.
A friend has a new Windows 11 laptop, with latest Zoom Workplace installed (don’t know how to find his version). He has “Original Sound For Musicians” on, with High Fidelity checked, echo cancellation not checked. His voice comes through fine, but instrument notes are not. It is clear echo cancellation is on. We tried turning on echo cancellation, then turning it off (which works on my computers when echo cancellation appears stuck on), but no amount of switching microphone modes, turning various combinations of original sound for musician options on/off, is working on his computer.Any ideas what he can try?
How can I add a co-host to a meeting that is happening tomorrow?
I went to the Usage Reports and tried to run a report on 2 meetings I ran last week (October 18/20) and it couldn't find those meetings in the previous meeting list. This has been requested by my client. My meeting ID is/was: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88100035790. This was a meeting that was set up, along with a whole series last year in November. I really need this list to confirm who attended on each day. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
Zoom resizes my window whenever I join or leave a breakout room, goes fulls-screen when someone shares content, constantly moves things around without my consent. There should be a setting that "locks" the window, so that it behaves like almost every other application, behaves properly and normally, simply stays where I have put it. In fact, that should be the default behaviour. Why is this difficult? If I, the user, put the application in full-screen, maximized, or restored, it should stay in that state until I, the user, tell you differently. It is not for the developers to impose on me how I want and need to arrange my desktop, without my consent.
Is there any way to get the timer app to work on an android phone? So frustrating as it is available on pc and iPhone.

We recently upgraded from an obsolete ESI phone system to Zoom phone. The Zoom folks recommended we purchase an Audiocodes mp112 ATA device to make the paging system talk to Zoom. I followed the instructions to provision the ATA device and it shows up as being online in Zoom. Normally, when you call into the paging system, it auto-answers so you can send out your message through the paging amp/overhead speakers. Currently, the extension assigned to the ATA just rings and goes to voicemail. Anyone work on something similar?

I have got a new laptop, which I am using to schedule Zoom meetings for the first time today. The Zoom invitations are defaulting to an email account that is not my default account in Outlook. It is also not an account that I use at all to sign-in to my Zoom account. And I am not able to change the send account in Outlook from the invitation. Any ideas about why this is happening and how I can get round it, please?

Our lead AV engineer films and live streams all campus-wide president / board / team meetings via Zoom. His camera source is a video switcher called Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Extreme ISO (USB-A or C). He is experiencing intermittent blank black video screen when starting meetings which is a problem since he is the initial moderator / meeting host. Ending all Zoom processes via task manager and starting zoom workplace fresh seems to help, but it is not a 100% workaround.Anyone else experience this when using a camera source other than integrated webcam on their laptop? Application: Zoom Workplace Version: 6.7.2 (26346)Dell Latitude 5530, 5550 laptops running Win11 latest updates+++++Issue cannot be replicated on a Dell 7060 SFF desktop running Win11 latest updates. Hello -I am a teacher using Windows 10 for Education on a Lenovo ThinkCentre desktop with a built-in webcam. I have also connected a IPEVO V4K document camera. Zoom recognizes both cameras - I can use either one as my primary video feed and both work properly. However, I cannot get the "Share content from second camera" screensharing feature to work correctly. If I am using the built-in webcam and select "Share content from second camera", the second feed (document cam) is black. If I *turn off* my main video, then select "Share content from second camera", it shares fine. But as long as the screen sharing is active, I am unable to turn my main video back on (so my students can't also see my face and gestures). The same problem happens if I reverse the sources -- that is, if I make the document camera my primary video, then I cannot screen share from the webcam. But if I turn off the primary feed, I can screenshare from the webcam -- but my main vid

We have the Zoom integration enabled within Pardot and since the new year have started getting issues when setting up the registration forms that whenever submitted zoom redirects to an internal server error page. The submission is captured in pardot and the count of registrants increases in Zoom but the registrants receive no confirmation email and our zoom registrant list is blank.
Hoping someone in the community might be able to answer the question - Is there a way to export zoom reports by year? Or, at least, by Quarter? I need to pull zoom meeting reports by year, including meeting subject title, dates and usage time, attendance, attachments, etc. Can someone here direct me to a link or training that details how to do this? Without having to go in and click on each month individually and then go to reports and click on each individual report function? It's proving to be a tedious and time-consuming process, and I had very few meetings. There must be a way to download meeting reports and activity by calendar year. I've checked the knowledge and support center videos, etc, but not finding it. Many thanks for your assistance!

Zoom Workplace 6.6.6. 19875, Windows 10 OS, Google Calendar, Gmailwhen I register for a Webinar using Zoom and click their calendar link for the Zoom link and event details to sync with my calendar, the event appears also on my Zoom Workplace calendar.The problem is that the Zoom calendar lists me as the Host of the meeting and does not contain the Zoom link or other details, just the name and time of the meeting.Thus, I have to go to my confirmation email or to a tickets page or orgainzation’s web page to obtain the link.. I can understand if the Zoom calendar is only the name and time of meeting, but don’t know why I am listed as host and I have the button to start the meeting that I am not the host of? Help please!
After a meeting, I always receive a summary from AI Companion. I can see all of them in the hub. However, it is very clear because sometimes only a standard title is given (“Zoom Meeting by Manuel”). I have searched and Googled for a long time to find out how I can change this title (e.g., “Business expansion with Manuel and Andreas”). But I simply can't find anything. I would like to have a better overview. How and where can I change the title of the summaries?

I need to create webhook subscriptions programmatically with unique URLs for each user, something like: https://myapp.com/zoom/events?integration_id=user123When I try POST to api.zoom.us/v2/webhook/subscriptions, I get error 2300 "endpoint not recognized."Is it possible to create per-user webhook subscriptions via API for OAuth apps? Or do I need a different app type?Currently I can only set one static webhook URL in the app settings with ngrok for the local testing , and it works i got the events also but for the dev enviroment we need a proper mapping with the inetgration to the particular zoom where it got authenticated so please some one help me with this.Any suggestions?Thanks!
Hi.In our zoom meetings, sometimes the cohost will accidentally mute the host and then they don’t have the ability to unmute him, without sending a request, which he may not always see. Is there a way of either. Allowing cohosts to unmute the host or preventing the cohost from muting the host?
