Firslty, why USA, Zoom meetings and webinar is the same in all coutries.

In SImple Terms
Meeting is groups, all cameras on and all can talk with some admin control. Group chat and interaction
Zoom Webinars is one or a group of presenters speaking and interacting, with everyone else listening anc maybe chat as an audience.
Zoom Events takes the presentation to the next level with the ability to run multiple sessions within a whole event.
