Cannot stop echo cancellation in original sound for musicians w/latest ZWorkplace on W11

You may think you are going mad - But this does happen.

I have noticed that many laptops (who have poor microphones on the whole), have software attached to their sound devices and this does often come with some type of background sound removal. They would argue that fan noise and position of microphone makes background noise a real issue and therefore they try and help with software.

So, please look at the sound settings on the laptop and see where there is a option to disable 

I can not give you direct links to where this will be because you are looking for a custom app added by the laptop manufacture.

I have an acer nitro notebook.

When I look into the sound settings from System > Sound > Properties
Under the input section, there is a tab called audio enhancements.
If you have something there, I have “voice clarity” as an option. The name of the option could be anything.

Usaully you have to disable the option.

This will not stop you using the options in zoom.
