I'm relatively new to Zoom and therefore might have missed something but if I invite somebody to a meeting via the persons email address they don't receive an email with the invitation. Is there something I need to configure / enable? I tried via Android App and via Webbrowser. Steps to reproduce:1. In Webbrowser (Firefox) login to zoom.us and navigate to "Meetings" - "Schedule a Meeting"2. Add *********** in "Invitees"3. Click "Save"4. *********** never receives an invite (even after hours or days)I have tried various email addresses (incl. gmail and the likes but no success)

Question you know how when you log into zoom there is a join button and you can hit the drop down and see your previous 10 meetings. They do have a clear history button but lets say you only want to get ride of one is there a way to delete it out the history without getting rid of everything? Thank you!

I am writing to request clarification on some features related to host privileges and chat records. Could you guys please provide detailed information on the following points?1. Difference between Host and Alternative Host Could you guys clearly explain the functional differences between the original Host and an Alternative Host?2. Permissions for Alternative Hosts If I assign an alternative host to a meeting: 2-1. Equivalent Controls: If I (the original host) do not attend the meeting, will the alternative host have exactly the same control privileges as I would, including starting cloud/local recordings and screen sharing? 2-2. Accessing Chat Records: Even if I do not join the meeting myself, can I still download the chat history file after the session conducted by the alternative host has ended? Hello everyone. I’ve encountered a curious issue with a participant. This participant does not appear in any of the three zoom reports (registration, participant or poll) even when I had Required registration to join the session.I was able to communicate with the participant, and she told me that she wasn’t able to join by her computer, so she joined by her personal tablet, when she tried to register the registration page didn’t populate so she skep it and joined. Has someone encountered this issue before?Thank you in advance for any help.

After a recent webinar, I went to watch the recording and noticed that the resolution isn't 1920x1080. This keeps happening. How can I fix this? I want to record my webinars exclusively in 1920x1080.

I created a Webhook app, and then my Zoom account accidentally got removed and then readded. Now when I try to activate the app, a message indicates "owner_remved", and I cannot activate it.

I consider myself experienced with Zoom ... I use it DAILY and usually use MMHMM camera with it... well now I can't get rid of this virtual background to save my life. I have recorded a video showing that there is NO virtual background selected.. I really really need help because I am struggling teaching with it because I can no longer use mmhmm... help! I'm trying to share my Pro Tools screen through Zoom. Supposedly when I check the box labeled "Share Sound" it should automatically install the "Zoom Audio Device", but it doesn't nothing happens. And for whatever reason, Zoom doesn't seem to make the driver available to download on it's own. 

As the webinar host, I am unable to connect to the Q&A widget during the webinar.  Attendees, co-hosts and panelists are able to open the widget and enter and answer questions.  For me the widget pops up but at the top, the words connecting and disconnected keep alternating. This went on for the entire webinar.  I was absolutely blind to the questions.  It appeared that I could change the settings for the Q&A in the pop up but no luck seeing or answering questions.I am using the latest version of Zoom workplace on a Windows 11 computer.  I have deleted and reloaded the Zoom App.  Any suggestions?

Since I had a meeting the other day, not even using my own meeting room, instead of the title of my meeting room being Lauren Gayl's personal meeting room, it now says  How do I get this to show the correct information again?

The removal of the upcoming meetings list on the app is a serious problem for me. Yesterday I tried to start a meeting for a Funeral and found that this was not in my calendar. It transpired that somehow when I created the meeting it was arranged for 2027. This is not an easy mistake to make as you have to step through each month to get to this date. Had the meetings list still been accessible I would have seen this immediately. I really do not like the calrendar approach that Zoom has adopted, it makes finding upcoming meetings so difficult.

Please add an option to disable the 'You are muted while recording' notification when a user is intentionally recording with their microphone muted. As a frequent Zoom recorder, this repetitive alert is unnecessary and disruptive, especially when I am aware of my mute status and choose to record without audio.

There was a very useful facility in Zoom meeitngs that is available anymore. I teach students online. Students could send answers privately only to the host. We could see these private messages in one window. This facility has been changed to individual named chat messages. There is a need to navigate around chat widow. I am trying to find out whether this facility is still there  or move away from Zoom.

I can't stand Team Chat.Ideally, I'd be able to disable Team Chat entirely—my team and I have absolutely no use for it, and I've gone as far as requesting nobody comment during meetings in the in-meeting chat to avoid further notifications. At the very least, I want to at least turn off the red notification bubble on the dock icon—I have enough already that are actually important, and having 99+ notifications on the Zoom icon is really not helpful. The only solution I've found is signing out entirely, which is annoying due to the NEW "You are chatting as a guest" notification which blocks the first messages in the in-meeting chat. (attached) Would love a solution to this—I am frustrated beyond belief by this new "feature". Please stop fixing things that are not broken.

 There's some debate as to who's responsible for this fiasco. Zoom blames Apple, but an article I linked to below says that Zoom integrated the "feature." Regardless, I resent this defective "feature" being forced on people by default. Now, every week, I only see ONE of my parents on screen because of this monumentally inept design. It's not just that this feature is mind-bogglingly defective, but that it should never have been activated without user approval. Apple, like any developer, needs to think about users when making design decisions. If you roll out a "feature" and enable it by default, a large number of users will be stuck with it permanently. I am 2500 miles away from my parents, who use Zoom on an iPhone. They do not know what obscure control on that tiny screen will provide access to buried settings like this auto-zooming, and in the limited time we have for our conversations I don't want to spend half of it trying to blindly help my mom hunt through them...

Is there a way to setup others at your organization to be a host on every meeting you create?  I know you can add co-hosts on single meetings, but for efficiency we are trying to set up co-hosts for all meetings.  Our project managers set up meetings that are hosted by others.  All users have zoom licenses.

Hi Zoom Team, would anyone be able to please advise what is the difference between these: (1) Zoom Content Hub on Zoom Events, (2) Zoom Video Content Management System and (3) Zoom Video Management?From my current understanding, they all are repositories that house videos, however what is the difference? Thank you!
