I am receiving a string of added scopes for my app, but, and even though I have added meeting:write:meeting in my scopes and it shows clicked, my test does not have it included together with the other scopes. How can I confirm that that particular scope is saved?

Hello, my friends!I have been using Zoom for a short time, but there is something that is bothering me. I use Word a lot to write texts, as I work in journalism, and every time I execute the shortcut "Ctrl + Shift + C" in Word (which is a very common shortcut in Word and one that I use frequently), the Zoom window for screen recording opens and I cannot execute the command in Word. In other words, Zoom has the same command as Word. However, even with Zoom closed, when I try to execute this command in Word, I am prevented because the computer understands that the command is for Zoom, not for Word.I would like you to help me go into Zoom settings and change this command, please, as it is greatly hindering my work!

We have a a conference room that has a single large screen for meeting materials. I want to add a second large screen the can be used for zoom participants. I would need some kind of webcam and microphone for that display. What works best?

Greetings -- I have been receiving error messages from Cloudflare when I try to access Zoom from links I receive stating that I am being blocked.  The group sending the link has no idea why I would be blocked.  Has anyone else had this happen?

Is it possible to create a directory of our important vendor contacts for our Zoom Phone users? We recently deployed Zoom Phones, and users have requested that key vendor phone numbers be added for easy access. These contacts would include our IT support team’s direct number, building maintenance, and other frequently used vendors. I am the account admin/owner.

I've been reading that when I use my Yamaha MG10XU mixer, the voice output to zoom (and then to remote attendees) is reduced and I must increase the gain and consequently more noise.    Is this true?  I'm running W11 on a thinkpad i7 64 bit, 24gb Memory.  Using Ethernet or wifi connections?  Zoom Ver 6.5.12 Thank you for your assistance.  Peter

Resource hog: constant swirling rainbows on Macbook Pro 16"iPhone camera keeps freezing then re-activating.Can't save any settings apparently or its hidden (can't be arsed looking)Chatbot on the website needs punching in the face. It's pointless might as well use Google.

I cannot logon to the App on several different machines. Resetting password does not help. Logging into the web works fine every time. Is there a lockout somewhere that I am not aware of? The account is a corporate assigned id. Thanks.

Our organization has been using Zoom for a decade now. We have very participatory meetings with large groups where we invite raised hands for questions. But can put a strain on the host when they would like to answer all questions, where it could feel a lot cleaner to be able to stop hands being raised at a certain point.I see Zoom have been implementing many AI features, but have seen many requesting this feature for years. Thank you.

As far as we can tell we have all the correct settings turned on to record transcripts, however none of our webinars have any VTT files associated with them, its only the MP4 file. How can we ensure transcripts are happening and are accessible? 

I cannot find an option in settings to Not have a waiting room. in other words, I dont need or want a waiting room password or any other security measures. But there is no option for that- as far as i could tell. Can anyone help?  thanks. Gal1

Joined a meeting today and there was no option to turn my camera off, check chat, see participants are otherwise participate in the meeting. The toolbar was completely gone. I thought it was due to that particular meetings settings however I started my own meeting and the issue persisted. The only button at the bottom was the mute button. Can not swipe up or down to find the toolbar or invite link. There is no leave button when swiping from the top or hitting the back button. Clicked both sides of the meeting screen, every corner and every place but the toolbar, 3 dots, etc are not there. Latest update was 09/16 and my meeting on 09/29 did not have this issue.  Restarted my phone, uninstalled and re-installed zoom, checked settings to make sure that the meeting settings have "always show meeting controls" turned on.   Is there an update or patch that is missing? Why are all the controls for the meeting gone? Been

Hi - I'm trying to utilize a 3rd party survey link for meetings and I believed the setting was disabled by our IT team. However, when our IT team looked into it, they said that the 3rd party survey toggle was visible for a few days while they investigated in early January, but then disappeared from their settings at the end of January. They shared a screenshot with me that shows a box that says "Hosts will no longer be able to use 3rd-party survey links in newly and previously scheduled meetings."Is it true that 3rd party survey links are no longer able to be used at all? Or is it still an option, but the toggle moved to somewhere else recently? 

 I blocked someone and then deleted their chat but now we settled the issue and we've been trying to talk but I cant unblock because I can't find their contact and when they try sending a friend request to me I can't see it, I hope zoom can come up with a solution for this issue.

Currently, I can't get Zoom to launch. I try to open a link and nothing happens. I can't make a meeting in the browser.I can download Zoom, but I can't even get the app to open.The only thing I am able to do is  pick "Join from your browser" The meeting opens, but with audio only, even though  it has my video permissions. I have looked for solutions. I have cleared my cache and cookies. I have cleared my temporary data, and I have reinstalled the app. None of that has worked so far.Reaching out for help because I am trying to interview for jobs right now and its definitely important.All the best
