I have Zoom Pro.  I live on the east coast.  I sent an invite to a user who does not have a computer or smart phone.  They want to dial in by phone.  Which Zoom phone number would be best for them to dial in?

Hi, I'm using an Apple iMac with a Logitech camera. Zoom version Version: 5.17.2 (28415) My Zoom video camera is defaulting to wide angle view. I've gone into Settings. Video. Camera. clicking either the original ratio or HD options doesn't make a difference to view. My camera ratio was fine before Christmas any thoughts on how I can resolve this ? Many thank. 

How do I turn on microphone? Mic works with Skype and WhatsApp but not with Zoom and I can't find a settings tab and the chat bot is useless!!!

Hello, I'm not sure where else to look, I've gone through all settings pretty thoroughly.  I am not able to receive Zoom link emails from anybody and they're not in the spam folder.  Someone can forward a link to me but a direct Zoom invite link never gets to me anymore. I use yahoo mail and I've searched through those settings as well.  Hopefully this question makes sense and this is just some stupid, simple setting I've overlooked.  Thank you

When I select the "none" option for my background, instead of seeing my actual background I am seeing a virtual background. It is one that that I had uploaded. How can I get back to my actual background?

Why has this feature been added to Zoom?  Users should have the capability to click on the dates within the new date box to input the specific dates they wish to view their scheduled meetings and not be constrained to a mere 90-day window.  This limitation is quite frustrating, as it necessitates repetitive date adjustments to access meetings scheduled throughout the entire year.  Isn't the goal of your product to encourage the scheduling of meetings and webinars?  Unfortunately, the current feature set does not meet that expectation for me. Expanding this functionality to an unlimited time range would greatly streamline the process and enhance overall efficiency for users trying to manage their scheduled meetings.  As it stands, I find myself contemplating a switch to an alternative online meeting platform that allows me unrestricted access to view my scheduled meetings for the entire year. 

Hi    I need help on how we can upload a CSV file to add participants of a normal zoom meeting invite. 

I have a pro account, and I follow the directions to make someone a co host (click participants, hover over someone's name, and choose "make a co-host"), but I do not have that option when I hover. Can anyone help with this? Thank you very much. Michael Z

When our users put their phones on DND it doesn't change their BLF on the rest of the phones to red so others in the company don't know they are not available.

On 2 different Companion Zoom Rooms configurations, we have noticed that the paired Companion Zoom Room is losing its pairing, despite the setting on the host Zoom Room: Remain paired until manually unpaired. Are there "sleep" settings, on the Companion Zoom Room or host Zoom Room, to be aware of that could be causing this issue? The affected configurations are:1. A Neat Board paired to an integrated room2. A Logitech Rally Bar connected to a Samsung 75" touchscreen paired to an integrated room.Please advise if any further details may be needed.

Dear Support Team, Good morning from Siem Reap, Cambodia! Nice to be meeting you all here. I have one issue for using Zoom Meeting and need your help to fixer out this issue as soon as possible. The issue is when we are doing Zoom Meeting, we need to play music and song together as a background music like National Anthem songs to share to our participants but the it is support only song without music which is not follow as our concept of our meeting. Could you help to tell me where I can fix this issue please? I have tested with Facebook Live Stream and other UC Platforms, they are supporting well both song and music in the back ground but not Zoom Meeting.  Thank you so much in advance for your help to make Zoom Meeting experience more efficient for more meeting. Our work flow requires that we use a dynamic link through Zoom Business accessed from the web, not the app. I have had issues with connecting to meetings. If I uninstall the desktop app, I have less issues. However, I cannot seem to hear the other person. (this maybe an issue on the other end). I should add, about 80% of my time on Zoom is through phone calls.

I've just signed up for a zoom room licence as I would like to set up a zoom room that is always on so that members in my membership can meet without me having to be there as a host. I can't seem to find the settings I need in room management for participants to be able to join and leave before the host. Or for a meeting to be always on. Can anyone assist. I've un toggled the waiting room setting. 

Hi Hubspot Zoomers! I am using Zoom Events with Hubspot and about to launch my first live webinar. I have used the attached user guide to integrate the two (in case you do it differently so your advice might not match how I use the system!) and I now use Hubspot forms to get everyone registered into my Zoom webinar. My question is what will happen next?! I switched off the Registration Required because I have already registered them on my form, yet when I follow the link on the automatic email it still asks for their First Name, Last Name and email address. So how does it tally up who has registered and who has attended if someone uses a different email address (we block gmail on our forms, but Zoom doesn't). Will they still have to download the Zoom app or can they just watch it in their browser? Again - if on app, what happens if their Zoom login is different to the one they have used to register? I'M NERVOUS! Can you tell?

I tried using the drag-and-drop feature to reorder them, but it doesn’t seem to be working.Does anyone have any suggestions for how to easily reorder the polls in the poll question list? A user I regularly interact with on zoom would like to use their phone for our meetings. They hesitated when they downloaded the app for Android and were being required to give permission for zoom to record meetings before they could move forward. Has anyone else encountered this and is there a workaround? Thank-you.
