My setup currently is Zoom Rooms with Google Meet interop enabled going through Polycom C60 Trio controllers. We can join these meetings in our Zoom rooms just fine but there is very little host control on the Poly C60s, specifically for user management. We can't manage waiting rooms and allow participants from the controllers. Is this expected behavior? Thanks!

The speaker logo is square JPG and 160 pixels x 160 pixels but does not show up on the registration page. Is there a way to rectify this? I have inserted it in the bio page under branding.

I have inserted a 160 x 160 pixels round logo against a webinar speaker's bio in branding, but it doesn't appear on the registration page. Does it absolutely need to be square? I am pretty sure I've featured round ones in the past.

Bonjour, C'est la première fois que cela m'arrive en 4 ans d'utilisation. J'ai pour habitude de mettre mes slides Powerpoint en fond pour mes sessions via zoom. Aujourd'hui, impossible. La sélection  "diapositive en fond virtuel" est grisée, et  c'est la seule de toute la section "partage"qui l'est. J'ai redémarré zoom, qui est à jour, j'ai redémarré l'ordinateur, j'ai relancé powerpoint... rien à faire. Avez-vous une solution à me proposer ? Hi all 🙂I often record and share short instructional videos for my team.  When I post a video file, team members must download the file first before viewing.  This creates a no-so-efficient experience.  ☹ Is there a way to share a video within a chat/channel so that it can be view directly without the need for download?  Perhaps this is already an option but a particular format is required for embedding? Thanks in advance!  💯

The title says it all. I wantThe presenter hosts the PowerPoint slideshow using his iPad.He can see the Presenter View on the iPad.He uses Share Screen to share the slideshow with the audience, but the audience can only see the slides (i.e. without the presenter view, without the presentation note). Right now I can only share the entire screen on the iPad. Everyone sees everything on my iPad.

When focussed in the chat line, i cannot press AltGr + U for the letter "ü" with the EurKey Layout. Zoom overwrites the Hotkey, but it is not to be found in the settings to disable it.When pressed outside of zoom or with another element in zoom focussed (chat window, search bar) the hotkey is working fine. Just when the chat input line is focussed, Zoom overwrites the windows keyboard layout.  

Hi, ThereZoom Room has been updated to 6.3.5, but the smart name tag no longer appears.The smart name appears on the Room screen, but is no longer displayed to participants.This is Zoom Rooms for Windows. Is this just me?

Hi everyone,I'm Darshan Hiranandani, experiencing an issue where, when I join a Zoom meeting, I can't see any participants (including myself). All participants, including myself, appear as black boxes, even though my video is turned on. This problem occurs from the moment I join the meeting.I’ve gone through all the settings on my end and made sure everything is up to date, but the issue persists. Interestingly, when I host a meeting, I don’t face this issue.I’ve read that this might be related to screen sharing, but I can’t even see the screen share or the participants during the meeting, which happens regardless of screen sharing being on.Has anyone else faced this issue? Zoom will not allow me to share computer audio. It tells me to install the Zoom audio device, but it doesn't tell me how. And it won't allow me to speak to a human being. Does anyone have any advice? I'm starting to tear my hair out.

When I go to share a recording, the option "allow users to download" is always turned On.  Is there a way to change the default so that it's always Off unless I switch it for a particular call?  Thanks!

I see a previous question from 2 years ago about this situation and I'm wondering if there have been any changes? I just completed a whole series of recordings but did not realize the "add a timestamp to the recording" option had been checked, and it certainly wasn't onscreen while recording. Can I get it off the recording? If not, does anyone have solutions for masking the timestamp? Thank you 🙂

I can do zoom streaming on Facebook page, but as soon as I stop streaming, the video is gone. I can perfectly use Zoom streaming on Facebook page, but as soon as I stop streaming, the video is gone from my facebook page. Is it the issue with Zoom or Facebook page?   

We have a Zoom account for our Toastmasters Club. I want to give admin access to two of the club officers, in addition to me having it. I have added them as users, but am not clear if they now have admin access. Since I will not be at every meeting due to travel, I want to make certain at least two people at the meeting can run the meeting and have full access. The support desk it not clear on that. Anyone else run into this? We have a Basic account as a non-profit.

Hello, I need help accessing my cloud-recorded meetings. My company suspended the Zoom subscription without informing me, and I lost access to the recordings. I need to download interviews that were stored exclusively in the Zoom cloud. Does anyone know how I can regain access to these recordings?

I tried to host a meeting this evening in Zoom basic, as i do almost every week.  I tested my microphone and speakers before and a couple of times during the meeting, and they worked fine.  But when participants joined, I could see them, but not hear them.  They could hear me and see me fine, and they could hear and see each other, but I could not hear any of them.I ended the meeting and restarted it, but it did not change anything.  I still could not hear them, but they could hear me and each other.Any thoughts on what the problem might be.  IT gave me a new camera, because updating Windows 11 last week killed my old camera's driver, but i don't think it would be that because they could hear and see me.  i just couldn't hear them.

Hi,I am trying to record two people speaking (two different places) and when I try it on GALLERY or MULTI-SPEAKER the recording still comes back with only the person who is talking showing up. What am I doing wrong in my settings? It shows the both of us side by side when we are speaking, but its not being recorded like this.. Thanks

I have tried many different ways to contact Zoom support and get my Zoom working properly. It’s impossible to speak to someone live, so I hope that you can help with this problem. When I type in people’s email addresses to send to invite them to my zoom meeting, I am unable to send the email. I’ve tried this over and over and I can’t send emails to the participants. I have the $150 a year Zoom account which I have paid for a month ago. I use my on my iPad, as well as on my computer. Neither works! PLEASE HELP!
