Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with scheduled meetings not appearing consistently across different Zoom applications.Today I have two meetings: One meeting was created by me. The other meeting is one I was invited to. However, the meetings appear differently depending on the platform: Windows desktop app: I can see the meeting I created, but not the meeting I was invited to. Web interface: I can see the meeting I was invited to, but not the meeting I created. Mobile app: I can see both meetings. Both the windows and the android app is up-to-date.Ideally, both meetings should appear in the Windows desktop application, but currently only one is visible.Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can ensure that both meetings appear in the Windows desktop ap

I can’t open zoom sessions with zoom workplace any more, only via Browser. Then Very often the camera doesn’t work. I do have Wifi with enough Data. It used to work properly but since about 6 weeks it doesn’t connect any more. Any suggestions?

I have a new computer and am hoping to download a large number of custom virtual backgrounds for Zoom from my old PC to my new one. I’ve tried cutting and pasting them from the old “Zoom\data\VirtualBackground” folder to the new one, both as jpg’s or with no file extensions. But when I reopen my Zoom workspace, it never sees them. (And I’d rather not add them one by one through the app.) Any ideas or suggestions? I’ve seen a bunch of forums online and many users seem to have this same issue.Thank you.

How do I convert a webinar to a Meeting g and keep the same link to the meeting to avoid confusion.

I have been receiving meeting summaries successfully. However, I just had a meeting over an hour where that is missing, and I'm certain Meeting Summary was on. In fact, I received a 2 minute summary where someone either entered the room  early or late, activating the Summary. Can I retrieve the correct summary?

We are using Zoom Meetings for a small training. The two trainers received calendar invites that were dated a month earlier than the event. I’ve double checked all dates on the setup and it all is for the correct date in March. The invite I received as one of the trainers is correct. My two trainers each received a calendar invite for the wrong date (instead of march it is for february). Is this a glitch in my zoom account or in my internal email/calendar at work? Also - now that they have removed the incorrect invite, I’d like to send a new invite to them. How can I do that? 

I had a zoom meeting with a teaching assistant, which he ask me to log in by using his email address and password only. however the zoom login only except account number or title name, which I could not login. I ignorant to zoom and need better understanding on all the aspects of using zoom, can someone help me understand the process better thanks. 

Hello, I was receiving therapy sessions via Zoom. However, last time, even though I connected, the meeting host didn't receive a notification that I joined, and they requested payment, even though I hadn't logged in. This happened during a meeting that started at 12:00 PM on February 6th, 2026. I joined at 12:12 PM, and the meeting ended at 12:25 PM. I need proof that I attended the meeting. If necessary, I can share the meeting link, time, and details. I await your assistance.

I would like to use copy and paste for a selection of 150 items in the registration field. Is this possible?

Is it possible to access a shared file after the meeting? I looked for it in my desktop in the Zoom folder, but the only file that I found was the chat. Is there any way to get this file? Thanks in advance

Hello,I work at a large tech company and would like to use Zoom transcripts for calls with candidates, including interviews. It would be extremely helpful to have an opt-in feature for transcripts so that the other participant or participants on the call must actively consent on their end before transcription begins. Ideally, admins could choose whether or not to enable this feature for all employees across the organization. This would allow us to use transcripts for candidate calls and interviews while better respecting data privacy laws across different countries, and it would provide verified proof that each candidate opted in to the transcript in the event of any legal questions or issues. Recently (within the last week), when opening Zoom links (such as in calendar invites), the Zoom call will only open in the browser. Unlike before, the website does not attempt to open the meeting in the Zoom app.It's pretty annoying. What's going on?

I receive an e-mail saying that the participant is waiting, but in the meeting I only see one participant: me.  My participant gets the screen message that I have to let him in, but of course that never happens, because even when they call me to tell me they are in the waiting room, I cannot let them in: Zoom doesn't see anyone there for me to let in. I even tried the option to leave the meeting, and to click on the link in the email message, but to no avail. This has led me to stop the waiting room as a function because I lost a lot of valuable time on technical issues with my clients, which looked pretty unprofessional (despite being an experienced Zoom user). I cannot find any article or suggestion on how this can happen. The Waiting room feature has always been enabled in every case, I checked. Is this a bug?

Trying to find the setting to stop users form opting out of call queues. I’ve tried to find any type of setting but haven’t been able to.Users are opting out at night or PTO and staying opted out for days. We will instruct them to put DND for lunch or other short opt out reasons and for PTO they will have to ask us.

Zoom was working fine and suddenly next day when I started my meeting I can't hear any sounds.  I did test sounds and is not working.  I have installed zoom again and is same.  Plse help I am using laptop.

Hello,We are currently experiencing an issue with Zoom meeting invitations being sent automatically to participants without the organizer intentionally sending them.In our normal workflow, an employee creates a Zoom meeting only a few minutes before it starts and shares the meeting link directly with participants via another chat application (usually through a direct message). The organizer does not send email invitations and often does not even know the participants’ email addresses.However, we have observed that email invitations are still being sent from Zoom to certain users as if the organizer sent them, sometimes including reminders and occasionally arriving after the meeting has already finished. The organizer did not add these email addresses when creating the meeting.One possibility we are considering is that the Zoom account is linked to a Google account, which may have access to contacts or calendar data and could be automatically generating an

Weird thing happened this morning. A student of mine shared his screen with me, which we do roughly once per term. When he opened sharing for his desktop, I could see his web browser with a Zoom page showing - he was using the Zoom app, but had the browser open. His Apple Logic Pro application was already open under that window. Now, when he closed the web browser, only the top quarter of the Logic screen showed up, and behaved as expected - I could see his mouse pointer and the actions he was performing. But the rearming three quarters of my screen showed the web browser page he had closed. Like those three quadrants were frozen. We tried quitting an opening a new meeting (initiated at his end not mine) but the same thing happened. When his screen was already on Logic Pro before sharing, it looked right until he started doing things and then I could see that three quarters of my view were in fact frozen.He is on an Intel Mac running OS X Mojave and I am on a Mac M1 running S

We usually give other users remote control to control changing the slides on their own while having one central presentation.A normal presenter’s tool (pointer connected via USB in “live” presentations) usually integrates buttons to change the slide AND a pointer. Why is this not translated into Zoom? (Remote control should give control over slides AND a pointer!)Or is this possible in a different way?  

I participated in a Zoom meeting in English. I clicked on Transcript, selected the original language: English, and the language for the transcript: Italian.The system gave me a translation error from Ukrainian to Italian. Why Ukrainian if the language was English?I even logged out and back in, but nothing changed.I also tried on my smartphone, but got the same error!There was also Ukrainian interpretation in the meeting, but it was disabled.I don't understand why it took that.       

A última atualização do app Zoom, no smartphone, está horrível.Particularmente, não há mais como acessar a lista de reuniões recorrentes agendadas sem data fixada. Até a atualização, apareciam no início, em ordem alfabética. É do que necessito.Desejo, e preciso, retornar à versão anterior! Ou me digam como conseguir, novamente, que aquela lista apareça. (no PC a lista de recorrentes continua perfeita, espero que não estraguem isso também!)
