Zoom workplace doesn't open, Iphone, ipad

I can’t open zoom sessions with zoom workplace any more, only via Browser. Then Very often the camera doesn’t work. I do have Wifi with enough Data. It used to work properly but since about 6 weeks it doesn’t connect any more. Any suggestions?

      HI ​@Gabi B. ,

      I know it has something to do with the device is not connecting the request from the broswer to be Zoom. But I dont have a simple fix yet.

      I would suggest clearing your browser cache and then installing or updating Zoom
      Yes, do it on wifi so you do not hit on your data plan.
